Gaggles and Big Sack

I wasn't gonna do a TR you guys but I know deep down in places you don't like to talk about...you NEED your trip reports. You WANT your trip reports. And although I am not great with live or even semi live updates, our good friends Macker and Beejay always find a way to fill in my drunken/lazy lapses in the moment.

So I am leaving work now. And the Family Truckster shall be departing at 2:30 for Kalispell airport with an on time departure of 7:50. I am going to be positive and say sooner or later Allegiant willl be on time!

I am staying at PH and Big Sack is staying at Bally's. I have bought a new pair of lucky shoes so nothing can go wrong.

I have messaged Natedogg666 and we are planning to meet up for a craps session at Cosmo. Wish us luck on this rendevous!

I am off everyone. I hope to send pics of many large $$$$ hits for our good friend Beejay to post. Unless that is, he decides to man up and meet me in Vegas tonight or tomorrow!

Man, I left a day early. What a site that would have been seeing Nate and you at the Craps table at cosmo. Might actually force me to concentrate on the gaming instead of the "other' sights the cosmo has walking through.

Do not under any circumstances let Gaggles talk you into playing Mississippi Stud. That game is a complete waste of space. And if you are prone to blushing, you may want to throw on some sunscreen, cause Gaggles has a *mild* tendency to be very loud and draw attention, both wanted and unwanted.

I can't decide if I want to shut off my phone and miss my alarm to avoid my wife smacking me every time Gaggles texts me a quad or a hooker pic tonight.

I guess if I 'm gonna get in trouble anyway I should just check those flight prices one last time.....

Arranged to meet Gaggles around 9'ish at the craps table at Cosmo...of course, by 10:20 he's not there yet and I've been getting killed...was thinking awfully evil thoughts about this gentleman that I've never met.

Had taken out 500k in chips, and now have about 440 left. Was basically pt 7 out 3 times. So since I've got the entire tub of a Cosmo craps table to myself, I decide to switch to one left of the stickman. I'm usually right on the ends. I was betting full odds before, 3k pass, 15k behind (when 6 or 8), but decide this time to bet only 12k behind. Pt was 6. Boom hit it....

2nd pass was a 9, I bet 8k instead of 12k full odds....boom hit it.

3rd pt was a 4, I bet 8k behind and lose it after a few rolls....ok slight comeback but not nearly enough.

This well dressed (compared to me) guy walks up and yells hey you degenerate gambler! Guess that's Gaggles!

He takes the 1 right spot of the stick. And we proceed to do fairly well. In the beginning only break even hands by 1 passing....but then it starts....

Gaggles sets a pt of 8. I'm a little leery, so take only 4k odds on my 1k passline bet. I throw out a 1k hard 8 though. he rolls a few numbers, then a horn number. I throw out 200 on the horn high yo, and 600 3 way 8 on the hop.....BOOM he throws the hard 8.

I get 6200 and down for the hop, 9k for the hard way, and 5800 for the line bet. Boom!

After that roll I also catch a fairly good hand...so I'm even....I count my chips, had made back the entire 60k from before and now up 3k. I quit...but Gaggles says he wants one more roll. I humor him and says always leave up man....

I support his roll by betting 700 across including....the f**cker makes 3 passes, 2 by hard way, and hits all the numbers numerous times. I started with 150 on the 8, was pressed to 1800. WTF....guess it wasn't meant to be but good for him. He was winning 6 bucks when I quit, and ended up 150. Too bad my craps action wasn't really rated.

We get some good milkshakes at Holsteins, shoot the shit a little...Gaggles has had an interesting life if you happen to have a chance to talk to him...nice guy.

I show him the Talon room and how to play baccarat....boy that was a mistake. Basically could not win a hand when he's there...see...being a good gambling buddy he knows when to leave, and quickly exits left leaving me to baccarat....thanks Gaggles!

I am then about 40k at this time. I decide to bet 11.5k on bank, 700 each pair pair tie. Player turns over 6,6. I turn over 4,4. Boom. 7700 twice + 11.5k. One more big hand following that gets me even + 3k. not bad not bad...up 5k for the night with a lot of entertainment up and down >100k....fun...sort of. I like to win right off the bat too.

 

Beeejay why you not in Vegas?!?

 

because I am a fucking pussy. and to add insult to injury i was texting with gaggles and playing videopoker.com and hit a royal. when my wife wakes up I"m breaking the news to her she owes me $8,000 for not letting me go.

 

....and so....

The CIRCLE JERK of life continues.....

As Gaggles drifts off to sleep in Vegas, after keeping his good buddy BeeeJay awake all night with texts from 12:40am - 6:00am, he stares into his recently purchased $24.99 order of 24-hour-porn with 2 inches of limp Canadian Bacon in one hand, and as he "shakes the snow globe", BeeeJay awakes early 1,500 miles away in order to post Gaggles pics before dropping the kids at school, and sees the white residue of Gaggles snow globe shaking is 2 inches deep on his car.....

It appears a very nice turnaround befall our valient hero Mr. Gaggles after his fortuitous interlude with legend Natedog. After rolling many points at the Cosmo craps table and only jinxing Natedog to the point where he could regain his winning ways with one large bet upon Gaggles exit, what is a fine upstanding citizen of our northern neighbor to do?

Get drunk at Sully's you say? and lose? You are CORRECT SIR!

I see a comeback to a $250 loss by 4:18am, and then things take a look up!!!!



***SLAP*** (the noise made by the impact of my wife's hand to my face 3 seconds after each text from Gaggles)



A couple nice hits. Around 4:25am I was textng with an ever-more-drunk-and-slurry Gaggles and playing videopoker.com on my computer thinking wouldn't it be a Nut-Sack-Jack if I hit a Royal on the useless computer when I should be in Bally's high-limit supporting my buddy?



I didn't have the heart to tell our friend, so I simply bid him "Royal Coming!" at 4:25am and took my leave for a 2 hour nap....which he only allowed to go for about 5 minutes at a time as his luck improved and he finally passed into positive territory.

Congrats Gaggles on overcoming a slow start and not single-handedly bankrupting our VMB resident whale!
