Looking for recommendations for Suites on the Strip.

We are going to Vegas the week of March 13th.

Who has the best deals? Are there any sites that advertise deals on Suites?

    Check Mirage

Check the Mirage Tower Suite. Honestly if you have time to play MyVegas on Facebook you can get enough points in about month to get 1 night free!! 2 Months you could have enough to get 2 nights free. Really fun game that gives great prizes all for free.

I have a Tower Suite for Feb 7th, free Craving Buffet and tickets to a show for 2.

I'll second that. I've got 3 nights (redeemed 1 and 2 nights together) booked in a Tower Suite thanks to that game.

$183/nt for the Aria Corner Suite is a great deal on a very nice suite. I also 2nd the vote for a few days of play on myvegas on facebook. I started playing on 12/24 and just crossed 90,000 pts and redeemed a 2 nt Tower Suite at Mirage for 3/12-3/14 for free.

How many hours a day you playing? I play just about everyday for the past few weeks and have barely cracked 10,000....What's the secret I am missing with MyVegas?

There are some good threads here on myvegas. Basically join the facebook groups myvegasfriends and myvegasfriendsanddeals. Download the tips .pdf in "files" for all the tricks. Total time/day is

    1) 15 minutes downloading 50,000 chips/day from game feeds using linkclump on chrome. Feeds are on the groups.
    2) Maintain 30 myvegas friends for 300% bonus on daily spin. 1 minute for about 7500 chips/day
    3) Collect all property bonuses for 25,000 chips/day. I miss a lot of these and check just when I have time
    4) Auto spin at 100. Generally I leave the computer up and running and just click bonuses/respins/etc when I notice it. Maybe 1 hour/day total.

Back to the suites.....Aria Corner suite is awesome. Next best is Vdara in a similar price range. You may also find the NYNY Spa Suite and MB Great Suite at a similar price, but they are not nearly as nice.

Ill 2nd the Aria suite as a very nice suite, ill also throw in the wraparound suite at Cosmo, stunning views also but my personal favourite was the Salon suite at the Wynn, the service was truly outstanding also! :nworthy:

My favorite suites on the Strip are any of the Strip-view suites at the Four Seasons and Aria Sky Suites.

Four Seasons is a participant in the amex FHR program, so you get breakfast credit (for about $60, IIRC) for two every morning - which can be used for room service or the Verandah, a spa credit, late checkout, room upgrade, etc. Four Seasons is a boutique hotel and there is never a line at checkin. All guest rooms were renovated in late 2012. For pictures of the one bedroom strip view suite we stayed for our New Year's Eve trip, follow the link:

We stay there at least once/year because it's convenient to my favorite sportsbook. We'll be back March 19-25 for the NCAA tournament.

Aria Sky Suites (as opposed to Aria suites). Sky Suites have limo pickup/dropoff, private entrance, checkin, lounge, private elevators, etc. We've stayed at the Sky Suites three times (most recently in October 2012) since the property opened in December 2009. Here is a current discussion on the Aria suites vs Aria Sky Suites:

    Cheers!

deals or sales on suites are rare. And, some of the offers say suite upgrade and in the fine print "IF AVAILABLE".

Also, tell us a bit more of what you are looking for. Group? Just a large room called a suite? Separate rooms? tub? Budget? Preferred location?

+1, Nostresshere. Many so-called "suites" are not true suites - they don't have separate bedroom ( with a door) and a powder room. The two hotels I mentioned above have true suites.

Thanks for all the info and great recommendations from everybody!

We have a group of about 8 guys going to Vegas March 13th- 17th.

We are planning on having 1 of the groups get a suite where we can hang out watch the games as opposed to needing to gamble 24 hours a day (scary).

It would be nice if the Suite had a kitchen if we wanted to eat in and a fridge to have beer on hand.

Ideally a larger suite 900 sq feet or above.

maybe consider a wraparound terrace suite at Cosmopolitan (kitchen, decent size space, amazing views and a large balcony), which is significantly expensive.

or consider Elara, which is a non-gaming property (but close enough to Planet Hollywood), the rooms are fairly spacious, have a decent kitchen, an 8 ft (!!!) projection-screen TV, and is somewhat less expensive.

I'm sure that there's more, but those are the only ones coming to mind right now.

You should look into the elara, used to be PHo time shares. They have suites with a projection tv that might just be what your looking for. They also have kitchens.
