keep in mind the assn fees, traffic and parking. You still have to go to the grocery store and do day to day stuff.

After taking a tour a few weeks back, I'm a fan of the Ogden and all the possibilities of the things going on downtown. The places you've mentioned are indeed 'top-drawer", I'm just really intrigued with downtown and this whole Zappos led investment into the area.

I have a condo on The Strip. Von's (Safeway) delivers groceries right to your kitchen counter. I use them regularly for food and liquor. Go to their website where they have an online store you shop in.

And, the condos you mentioned all have top-notch Concierges to get all the other day-to-day stuff done you don't have time to do yourself.

When considering location Martin and Panorama are equals. I'd go with either of those over Veer just for convenience sake. I wouldn't want to deal with strip traffic to go home.
