I have a room at Ballys for the New Years Eve party at Paris. Had to stay at Ballys for the offer. Have never stayed there and from what I see I have a North tower room. I've read what I can about the rooms and see that North rooms have been redone but south have better views. Do any of the rooms/suites at Ballys have seperate shower/tubs? Their website does not contain much information. What is their hierarchy of rooms? I know its going to be packed but if I try to make a move I like to know what to ask for.

We have stayed on both sides and enjoyed them equally. One side is closer to the strip and one does not have to walk through the entire casino to get to the room elevators.

I don't think there are separate showers/tubs in either tower.

North Tower rooms are much nicer than South Tower, though admittedly no views.
    South Tower--1970s decor/furniture.
    North Tower--late 1990s neutral decor.
Both towers have large rooms & ours have always been very clean. You must walk through the casino a bit to either tower; south tower is closer to the strip, but we find it faster to walk out the door by the north tower & cross Flamingo to Bills.

Stayed at Bally's about five times in a regular room in both towers and none of them had a separate shower/tub.

The grand suite in both towers have sunken tubs and separate showers, some with Jacuzzis tubs. Executive suites too.

I prefer the location of the south tower far more than 20 year old 'remodeled' rooms. It's near VP, keno, bar, nosh and the valet/front door and the view is awesome.

We stayed in a North Tower room this summer. The room was clean, comfortable, and quite large. We had a view of Bill's and The Flamingo.
