For what it's worth, Caesars/The Colosseum has a new
ticket broker now...they're not using TicketMaster any more.
The new outfit goes by...'AXS' 1.888.929.7849.
I uesed 'em for a Rod Stewart tic a while ago.
Their service charge isn't much cheaper (if any at all...)
than TM BUT...the thing I appreciate is you talk to a real
person and if you've looked at the seating chart/have an idea
of Sec, Row, Seat you want...just request it, they were real helpful.

I cant wait to see her show im going dec 9

I was really really happy to read that she will perform most of her hits

"There will be some fantastic things that happen in the show. You’re going to feel it; you’re going to smell it. The show will be very cinematic and you will be enveloped in the environment in a multi-dimensional way. It’s not just visual. You’re going to experience seasonal changes: there’s a lot of temperature changing that goes on in the show; there’s a lot of nature in the show. I have made the show very personalized so I take everybody through the different seasons of my life. So, people can expect surprises in that regard but then they can expect the reminiscing and being reunited with familiar songs they haven’t heard in a long time. I’m really sticking to the hit songs and I’ll do a few new things like “Today is your Day,” and I might do the Lionel Richie duet, “Endless Love.” For the most part, I want to reconnect with everybody based on what we have in common and that’s the hits."

Nothing of substance to comment about here. Just seeing her name and visualizing her on stage brings out the lust in my heart, as a former politician put it.

THANKS! 'vegasquc'...I looked around this morning via the normal 'rags' and
couldn't find much. www.vegasdeluxe.com has quite a few pics...
I'm not sure when I'll be able to catch the Show...maybe March, but it does
sound like a great evening of entertainment, even though I've never been a fan.

I'm back and I can tell you it was a GREAT show. A little diiferent than her arena shows, but that was to be expected. I went Sunday night and I have heard from a few people that went to both her Saturday and Sunday shows; and they commented that she was a lot more relaxed on Sunday night.

On Saturday night I did go to a cocktail party after her show that Shania was hosting. She was promoting her foundation "Shania Kids Can" with an open bar and food. All of the people that made up the show (band members, singers, dancers etc.) were there to mingle with the 200 attendees. Shania showed up and talked about her charity and even sang Happy Birthday to a lucky few. I will post a video later.

Here is a story that talked about her fundraising after the show: http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2012/dec/04/shania-twain-raises-45000-her-charity-attending-/

Show is great for sure visually stunning, live horses on the stage all the hits are there

But unlike her arena show where the people spend the show standing up /dancing this is a sit down in your chair show.

I saw many people getting warned to sit down by ushers its almost mission impossible to take pictures they are watching very closely

Yep, the Colosseum has it's own way of doing things and you play by their rules.
Remember, when you see something in there, these artists are putting on
a...SHOW for you, not a CONCERT.
Celine, Elton, Rod and Shania have put together an evening of entertainment they
hope you will enjoy...some are 'looser' than others, but the Colosseum folks will
keep you in line per THEIR standards so....be aware, play by their rules and enjoy.

axs is the new ticketing company run by promoter aeg to compete with livenation /ticketmaster.

where ever aeg promotes there are starting to change over to axs once the ticketmaster contract is up

I did see someone being escorted out of the show because he took a picture on his phone. Must be a Ceasar's policy because at Shania's arena shows, she allowed fans to take pictures.

We had fantastic seats for this show as we were right beside the sound booth, there are 3 rows of 4 seats on either side and the view from there is center stage; you couldn't ask for much better seating. There were a few aspects that I really enjoyed of the show, but over all it didn't impress me enough that I want to see it again. Her playlist rocked though, I don't think she could have put better songs together :)
