    Good morning "MLife Itinerary Person",

    I have a quick question.
I have an acquaintance who is a Noir card holder like me and plays slots similar to me, but she and her husband combine their play on one card.
She is also going to the Holiday Gift Shoppe this week.
She was able to get a $350 a day food and beverage comp ALONG with the Holiday Gift Shoppe promotion.
I was told it was not possible to get other comps along with the HGS.

Is this because she books through a Bellagio Casino Host that she is able to get up front comps combined with other offers, and I am not?

I’d be happy with $50 a day food and beverage comp!
    Thank you,
    -Kimsa70

    Here's the response I got:

    Dear Kim:

Good morning. Promotions that include FREE PLAY cannot be combined with the Holiday Gift Shoppe. Your suite is complimentary at Mandalay Bay. You may charge your food and beverage to your room, and "Itinerary booker's boss" will review everything based upon play at the end of your stay. "Boss" will be happy to discuss this with you if you would like to call the office.

    Have a great time!

Any comments/thoughts would be much appreciated!

And this is the first trip to Vegas where I've had no $0 freeplay and $0 food and beverage comps up front.

My play time and theo each trip has not changed over the last 12 months. The only thing that has changed is the MLife program!

Here's the freeplay I had this year so far in Vegas:
Place Trip Date(s) FreePlay and F&B Comps
    Vegas - Mandalay Bay 4/5 - 4/9/2012 $900.00, $200 f&b
    Vegas - Bellagio 5/11 - 5/15/2012 $1,400.00, $600 f&b
    Vegas - Aria 6/14 - 6/17/2012 $700.00, $200 f&b
    Vegas - Four Seasons 7/6 - 7/8/2012 $700.00, $300 f&b
    Vegas - Mandalay Bay 8/10 - 8/13/2012 $300.00, $200 f&b
    Vegas - Bellagio 8/31 - 9/3/2012 $700.00, $450 f&b
    Vegas - NYNY 09/28 - 9/30/2012 $700.00, $500 f&b
    Vegas - ARIA 10/31 - 11/3/2012 $450.00, $100 f&b
    Vegas - Bellagio 11/21 - 11/24 $225.00, $100 f&b

    Thanks,
    -Kim
