In Jacks or Better 9/6 if I have an Ace high 4 card straight with nothing suited what do I do? It doesn't show up on my strategy chart. Do you drop the Ace? If so there is no three card straight on the chart except for "3 high card (no ace)" but that's way down at the bottom only five better than RAZGU.

By no means do I consider myself a VP expert but seems to me with what you said u go for the straight. Look at this chart
http://wizardofodds.com/games/video-poker/strategy/jacks-or-better/9-6/optimal/ and see note at bottom, nside straight: A straight with a missing inside card, such as 5-6-7-9. Note that A-2-3-4 and J-Q-K-A are considered inside straights because only one rank will complete them

I believe your hand is Ranked 19

Yep, hold AKQJ in those circumstances.

They're correct. You have a great draw here, getting a paying hand with any A, K, Q, J or 10.

Wow, you need a better strategy sheet!

Here it is on mine (the 4ST - AKQJ)

    QJs
    4 ST - AKQJ
    AKs, AQs, AJs, KQs, KJs
    4 ST - 1 Gap, 3 Hi
    3 STFL - 1 Gap, 0 Hi +234
    3 STFL - 2 Gap, 1 Hi +Ace
    KQJ
    QJ
    JTs
    KQ or KJ or AJ
    QTs
    AQ or AK

Now if for some reason you are talking an Ace high straight with a Ten (e.g. AQJT or AKJT) then you just hold the lowest two high cards.

I am not following this piece. Are you saying that if the four are rainbow you do something other than hold four to the straight? AQJT rainbow or AKJT rainbow play the same, right? Hold four to the straight. You would need some suited cards to make a difference in the play as in line three of your rankings.

    OP sets up this deal:
I'm thinking you wanted to say:

Now if for some reason you are talking an Ace high straight with a Ten (e.g. AQJT or AKJT) and two suited high cards, then you just hold the two suited high cards. In fact, the JQ suited even ranks over the 4 to the straight if there is no ten as shows in line one of the ranked strategies

Dewey, your right I had a brain cramp!

You do hold 4 straight Ace high with nothing suited even if it has a "gap"

    QJs
    4 ST - AKQJ
    AKs, AQs, AJs, KQs, KJs
    4 ST - 1 Gap, 3 Hi
    3 STFL - 1 Gap, 0 Hi +234
    3 STFL - 2 Gap, 1 Hi +Ace

In this case it's the 4 ST - 1 Gap 3 Hi above (again assuming nothing is suited).

If you have two high cards SUITED then you don't go for it as Dewey says.
