Hi, I am in Vegas at the moment. I would like to book a helicopter rides over the strip at night. How stricken r the companies regarding the weight restrictions? I am approximately 270-280 pound and I don't want to have to pay for 2 seats. I feel this would be very embarrassing!
Is there a company who is best to use? I know it's for safety reasons

    Thanks

I hope they tell you to show up and take the flight. In this country, most of us are big. Welcome to the First World.

Good luck to you. If they tell you no, there are plenty of other things to do in Vegas.

Not sure if you are still here, but in our past visits to the websites, the weight limit was on the website. And they do weigh everyone before boarding.

They better be stricken to 1/10 of a pound! I'd be pretty pissed off if they weren't and my heli crashed and burned cause it was overweight.

I think "pretty pissed" is a bit of an understatement :D

We used Maverick last time and it was great. https://www.maverickhelicopter.com/reservation.aspx?c=1&t=1

Book online to get a 10% and a free shirt.

I'm 250# and had no worries. Also, I don't think there's a weight limit. They weigh you so they can balance the helicopter, not to keep you off of it.

For example, my buddy and I were in front with the pilot and a family of 4 was in the back. I was on the opposite side of the helicopter of the dad in the back seat to help balance the overall weight.

No worries, pal. You weight in, grab a glass of champagne, and enjoy it. F dieting. F exercising. I was fat and happy in Vegas.

They have live chat on the website so you can ask your questions there.

I just did a ride last week and Maverick does have a weight limit but it's 300 so you are good, go enjoy yourself.
