This seems like a dumb question but a recent review at Tripadvisor says there are no luggage trolleys to help get your bags to your rooms at the B. I cannot imagine this is true. I will be spending a week there and me and hub will have 4 suitcases and totes, plus wanted to get some cases of water before check-in. Also, are there ice machines on each floor?

I can't think of any Strip hotels that have trolleys for guests to use. However - they all have bell staff who will be happy to use their luggage carts and bring your bags (including cases of water) to your room......

The have lots of trolleys, but it appears only bellman handle them. In fact, the bell desk is OUTSIDE. You can not hand over your luggage inside.

Personally, we usually take our own bags through the casino. We have wheels on them to handle this. As to water bottles, many people take empty ones and just refill them. I know some are against using tap water, but....

Most hotels only allow bellmen to use the luggage carts. You would be surprised how much damage can be done with them. Holes in walls, dents in cars, not to mention if they hit a person.

yeah with that many bags, just let a bellman take them, give him $5-10 and then when you get checked in, you call down and give them the luggage tag number and a bellman will bring them up to your room. he'll ask if you need anything, tell him you need some ice. when he gets back give him $5-10 and you're setup all painlessly.

Thanks, the bellmen solution works for me. Just so I don't have to drag all that stuff by ourselves.
