Any light beer options on Strip casino floors (non-HL rooms) that aren't the usual suspects (Bud Light, Coors Light, Miller Lite, Amstel Light)? I have been known to order a Bud Light or 11 during a VP/table game session but would prefer to be drinking Sam Adams Light or something equally classy. You know, because nothing screams classiness like a PREMIUM light beer.

Selection of beer, especially light beers, can vary from casino to casino.

If you want Sam Adams Light then just ask the waitress for that.

If she can get it then she will, if she can't then she will say its not available.

If its not available then you can just ask her "What light beers do you have?" and they will list them off for you.

Bellagio might be your best bet. I recall from my past visits that they pride themselves on having a massive selection of beers to choose from.

I always hate when you ask them to tell you what they have, and they instead ask you what you want.

I've had that come up a few times, but I don't think its an issue or that the waitress is trying to be snippy or rude or anything like that.

Instead, I think its just that the waitress knows that almost everybody who asks that question of her already has a beer in mind and either they are afraid or too shy to just specifically ask for it outright and wants her to list them off and see if their beer is in the list.

Thats why I was saying: just ask for it. If she doesn't have it she will say she doesn't and then they can ask "What light beers do you have?" or some waitresses will just list off the light beers they have without being asked.

I have no love for the Blue Devils, but we started saying "Duke Always Covers" because, well, they did. Until they started NOT covering (2007 1st round vs. VCU was the first instance I remember...but now there's always 1 or 2 conference road games against frisky teams (Fla. St., Clemson, Miami) where they're giving 9.5 and it's too much.
