I was wondering if anyone has used rest.com certs just for happy hour?

I haven't, but before you do... Read the terms on the cert carefully. Often they require a minimum purchase (say 2 entrees), exclude alcohol, and or exclude sales/other offers.

Rest.com generally has very specific restrictions. Yes you can go in at happy hour and get cheaper drinks, but those 2 min entrees aren't going to be on sale. :)
