I am headed to Vegas tomorrow with a buddy who has never been before. He wants the dancers while playing BJ. I want good rules. Where can we find both? We are both comfortable at playing $100 or less per hand.

Thanks for all your help. I am so stoked for this guys only trip!

the party pits always have the worst rules. the best rules are found in the HL rooms. the two are mutually exclusive.

That's what I tried to explain. Maybe a good compromise somewhere. It's Vegas we want it all.

The pits are in almost all of the casinos and it seems they all have the same music, "quality" of dancers, crappy payouts, etc...

Just find the pit in the casino that you guys are comfortable in and sit down to play.

I hope your friends realizes that the dancers DO NOT take any clothing off or give lap dances. You will find less clothing on at the pools.

Call me old, but I find them rather annoying when I am gambling.

Hard Rock has the best looking dealers/dancers.

Check out Golden Gate downtown. There are pretty hot ladies dancing in the pit while you play BJ with other pretty hot dealers. The rules are decent for that kind of environment including 3:2 pays on BJs. The pit is also very near the bar ...

The 8-deck game at Planet Hollywood will do it. Only 'bad' rule is H17, and the dealers as well as the go-go dancers are usually top notch talent. Starts at 8PM each evening; be there at 8:00 for the parade when they all come out together. That's part of the fun. It is loud in there. You'll probably be at $25/hand, but maybe $15 on a weeknight.

Sometimes they'll have hot-stuff dealers with a revealing outfit in the high-limit rooms, but it will be a mellower vibe. I'm thinking of Aria and "The Deuce Lounge" with the bar. You'll be at $100/min and never lower.

Thanks for all the responses. He is newly single. I am hoping the allure wears off as I would prefer to play in some of the mid-tier HL rooms with the best rules and better drink service.

Any more suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I'll second the Golden Gate for good games. The girls may not be the hottest in town but you'll be calling it the Golden Globes by the time you leave. When we were there the girls were great fun and greatly stacked.

I second the suggestion of the Pleasure Pit at Planet Hollywood. Far superior to the other party pits on the strip. You will not find the "best" rules there - but earlier this month when I was there they had two 3:2 shoe dealt games w/ $15 limits on a Saturday evening. Dealers were not only gorgeous and fund but also very good dealers. Drink service there was also very good that night.

Margaritaville at the Flamingo also had one or two 3:2 tables with good looking dancing girls and cocktail waitresses. Dealers were good but just normal casino dealers not scantily clad women.

I did not know that about Planet Hollywood. $15 game, 8 deck shoe, 3/2 blackjack? Pretty good. Surrender? Do they start at 8pm every day?

The Golden Gate has as good a game as Mirage or just about any of the Strip hotels these days. As mentioned, 3/2, resplit aces, surrender. I think they might have one or two shoe games, but mostly CSMs. You can always find a $10 game, with even $5 some times. What I like about it is how fun most of the dealer/dancers are. They are attractive and all, but they really work hard at insuring everyone is having a good time.
They start at 6pm every day and go until 3 or 4 am.

The D on Fremont has go-go dancers that dance up on a platform in the pit, and then step down and deal. I think a saw a 3:2 game or two but I was in so many casinos and has so many drinks, I don't recall if it was absolutely the D with those odds, but I am sure they had some decent dancers.

I'm still partial to the Pussycat Dolls Casino at Caesars. Same 6:5 (as well as double only on 10,11 and some other junky rules) baloney, but I'm willing to pay the premium. I find the girls to be very warm and friendly. You get the super smokin' hot dealers in front of you and the two cage dancing go-go girls doing the quasi-stripper routine (quite, errrr, provocative at times) in the middle of the gaming circle.

PH's pit is good too. I suggest at either of them that you map out what spot you truly want to sit at, because if you don't pre-plan what chair you're going to take you may only be able to see the dealer and you'll look like a schmuck straining your neck to peek at the dancers behind.

For me to even be willing to sit down and play it has to at least pay 3:2 for BJ. I guess that may be the only requirement.

Mid tier High Limit rooms with the best rules and drink service. I can't help you with the party pit thing, because I don't do that. But I can help with mid tier high limit. Play at the Monte Carlo. 6 deck shoe, S17, DAS, RSA and Surrender. House edge of 0.28%. $100 a hand. Never seen it higher.

Drink service: if you don't see a CW and you want one, the pit boss will get on the phone and call one over.

No dancers but smokin dealers at Deuce Lounge in Aria.
