Never stayed here before. Host says I qualified for 2 bedroom salon suite based on play at other properties. According to the website the salon suite only seems to be one bedroom. We have multiple people in our party and I made it clear I needed 3 beds.

Has anyone stayed in these before?

Can anyone at least offer some insight into how Palms is? Are they generous with the comps? How high of action do they start caring about you? How's the hotel? Service?

They have a reputation for not being particularly free with comps. Other than that, I can recommend n9ne steakhouse...a bit loud, but the food was great.

The subset of VMB posters who have stayed at Palms is small. The subset of VMB posters who have stayed at Palms and stayed in the salon suite could be nil. That's why you have not received any responses.

Palms is off strip. It's not Wynn, it's not Bellagio. It's not a top Vegas hotel.

I quite like the casino but it has a quiet 'locals' feel to it during the day. I understand that there is a totally different vibe on weekend evenings. I only play VP there and have never received any offers. Not sure how well they treat table players.

You seem to be considering all possible options but I think you would be better off at other places you have mentioned - Wynn, Cosmo, MGM, NYNY...

Do you really need a suite with 3 beds? They are so rare. Why not get a smaller suite with a connected room or similar?

I see youve been following all my posts. Yeah, we are just kind of shopping around everywhere trying to make the most of our stay down there. We're gonna be staying at several different places.

We did get a suite with connector.

For those of you interested we were very disappointed with the accommodations at Palms.

The so called "suite" was really nothing more than just a big room. It kind of reminded me of an Embassy Suites, not a Vegas hotel.

I was not at all impressed with the property. It was no wonder I was the only one playing in the HL room. Won't be going back there again.
