I'm always looking for new ideas to add to my bankroll. Here are my current methods:
    - IF I come back with cash from the last trip I spend half (usually on jewelry) and put half away for the next trip
    - Cash in credit card points
    - I have a very trusted friend at work. Once I book a trip I give her all the money left in my wallet at the end of the week. Sometimes I cannot believe how much that can add up, considering I don't use cash for much anymore.
    - I never spend dollar bills. I keep those stashed away for CW tips. If I accumulate more than I need I change them in for bigger bills for my bankroll.

I also save my money left over from my last trip for the next one. I also play in a band here at home on the weekends and set that money aside also.

We only go once a year in October and last year I came home with more money than I took. Add in the money from the band this year and it is the best bankroll I've ever taken.

If I happen to come home with money to spare it goes back in my Vegas drawer until the next time.

Money is just a tool... Use it wisely!

i have a gambling account just a 2nd checking account, and i usually deposit around 1200 to 1500 a month in there until its up around 12 to 15k, then its time for vegas! all thats left over and my wins from my trips go back into the account, and if i ever have over 15k i still never take any more than 15k to vegas. it usually gets funded pretty quickly but 2 trips a year is my max.

I work online and all that money gets deposited into a separate checking account. Its all my fun money which lately has been Vegas money.

I work a good bit of overtime, especially throughout the summer. My OT goes towards Vegas.

This is topical for me. I didn't really save for my trip in terms of dining or gambling funds. So today I decided that my emergency bank account has enough spare money in it to fund my poker bankroll. Tomorrow I'll decide that it also has enough to fund some of my dining in Vegas! By the way, my emergency fund was created from a joint compound bucket of coins I had for many years. It got so heavy I could barely lift it and had to deposit $250 at a time into TD Bank.

Have a jacket in my closet that I throw $20 or $40 bucks into the right pocket every time after I go grocery shopping. Get cash back and fill the jacket up, then go to Vegas!

Whatever I come home with after a Vegas trip, whether it be a hundy or thirteen hundred, it always all goes back into the jacket to fund my next BR for Vegas.

I have a separate account that is my gambling slush fund. Any net wins - that didn't get blown on watches for me or shopping sprees for the wife, that is - they get deposited back into the gambling account for future use.

I have a mop bucket I throw my change in. When it gets full I cash it in. It holds around $800.
But that's not used for my Vegas money. It's just change. I hate having change in my pockets.

Fortunately, we don't have to pay for are hotel and air (use CC points) and thus the money we earmark from our trip comes our discretionary spending that we have budgeted for the month.

I don't set money aside for an upcoming trip, but I do try to cut back on any unnecessary spending a couple months prior to help save.

every day when I get home from work I put whatever change I have into a lockbox, and every pay day I jam a couple of hundred dollars into the box as well.
Along the way I'll jam any extra cash that I may come across (I hit a longshot at the track that paid 37 last weekend, so that all went in the box as well)

the g/f has the key for the lockbox so I don't get tempted, and the lockbox goes into a safe every day.

All £2 coins get put in a jar and I use them for some $10 slot spins -I'm usually a penny player or €5 on tables)

The rest of our money for all vacations is raised by selling plus size (DD to KK cup) bras on eBay. Hubby's work actually pays for everything at home while I look after the kids. My micro business lets us have 5 or 6 decent holidays a year (inc at least 1 Vegas) when normally we would only have 2.

I rarely use cash. When I do get cash, whatever is left over goes in little tiny envelopes. Once a year I open them, count, and deposit for a vacation. I receive cash commissions once a month also, and use the same procedure.

Normally is a large enough amount for a nice vacation in Mexico. Takes a lot of self control, but when that once a year rolls around, it is like Christmas.

We quit going to the local casinos and take that normal BR and put her in the jar, 400/week adds up real quick and makes for a heck of a good addition to the normal Vegas trip BR. Whatever winnings we come back with over our BR we use to pay for our airfare usually, last two trips have made our airfare FREEEEEEE :)
