I figured I'd come to the experts on this one. I recently booked a comped room for Caesars at the end of the month. I am a low roller, and was surprised to get Caesars comped at all for a Thursday and Friday. My only choices were a Roman Tower room with two beds or a King, or a Forum tower room with a King. Since I have heard that the Roman tower is a little dreary, I booked the Forum tower one even though I'm traveling with a girlfriend. She's fine with sleeping in one bed if we have to (we've done it before overnight at the casino), but we'd prefer two. My question is: Does the Forum tower have rooms with two beds at all, or was I not offered the choice simply because it doesn't exist? I think it would be unusual for an entire tower to have only one type of bed option, but I wondered if that was the case since I didn't have the choice.

Do any of you Caesars experts have an answer? I guess we'll find out at check in, but I wanted to be prepared either way. TIA

We stayed in the Forum Tower a few trips back and yes, IIRC, it had two beds, but I forget if they were double or queen. Prolly queen. Big advantage to the Forum Tower is you're closer to the casino and the parking garage. (And the shops!) :)

On the TR calendar, the Forum Tower rooms are available as King or 2 Queen.

I booked forum tower, 1 king. They do have an option for 2 queen though.

Just checked --- looks like Forum Tower 2 beds are booked for those nights. I checked on my wifes and it shows they are booked for 2 beds but I can get 1 king without a problem. Just FYI.

As long as you arrive relatively early, they can probably find what you want.

I'm certainly no expert on Caesars rooms, but I did get a
Forum Tower room once...(those are their oldest rooms right?)
I had one bed, a jacuzzi tub that took up most of the room,
and my window looked out to an almost closed balcony covered
in dust 'n dirt, with just the slightest view over the top of it's wall.
The only thing in the view was the sky...and the top of the RIO's
Masquerade Tower, LOL! (that'll teach me to take a comp at another property huh)
I certainly hope you guys have better luck!

Oh I remember those Forum rooms with the tub in the bed room. I guess at the time that was considered pretty hot stuff. Thanks heaven that tower has been remodeled, but even after the remodel, I do recall a shutter that opened between the tub and the toilet area so you could converse.

That was years ago since we stopped staying at CP, so maybe even that is gone

I've booked the Forum tower twice. Both times I asked to be put in the Palace Tower, which they did without any debate.

Hope this is'nt too off topic. I apologize if you think so.

That's good to know. We have Forum tower booked for a Sun Mon Tue in November. I didn't realize they only have showers and no tub. I really like a separate tub to soak the aches away those first few days in Vegas.

Anyone have experience in getting upgraded from Forum to Augustus? Augustus is closer to the casino than Palace? I have a friend who stays at CP every trip. He could get Octavius comped but prefers Augustus for the easier walk to different areas such as the casino and lobby. Especially for his wife walking in her high heels. :)

We will also be checking in about 10 PM if anyone has opinions about getting an upgrade at that time of day.

It would probably be tougher to get Augustus, as that is considered an upgrade from the Palace rooms. Both have a slight walk to the casino, but I'd peg Palace as closer by a minute or so.

Greg I think I stayed in that same room the last time I was in the Forum Tower at Ceasars!

Ask for a complimentary upgrade with two queens and unless they are sold out, I'm sure you'll get it. I've yet to stay in the Forum Tower when comped as I've been upgraded each time on check in without even asking.

So is the Palace tower much better than Forum?

I'd like to know this too. I have forum tower king booked for my trip in November. Stayed one other time in the Augustus tower and it was great! The shower was so strong I thought it would peel my skin off! Definitely the best shower I've ever had in a hotel room.

I'm assuming I won't heve the same experience in the Forum room because I read those rooms have rain shower type shower heads. Wondering what the Palace tower has in case I can't get an upgrade to Augustus. At least Palace has a tub to soak in if I'm not crazy about the shower.

Actually, I don't really care where I stay I'm just ready for November to be here already!

You know how it is, since I have it all planned I just need something little to obsess over HA!

Palace is definitely nicer than Forum, imo. The bathrooms are much larger, big spa tub, separate marble shower (plenty of water pressure), and there is a little more closet space and a vanity in the hallway. Almost like comparing a Jr. suite to a nice standard room. I like the pool views too since Caesar's pool design is a great backdrop. Also, Palace does have actual Jr suites too if you wanna charm your way into one. More sq ft and a his and hers bathroom (2 counters, 3 sinks, 2 toilets, spa tub) connected by a double shower. I would say the only thing forum has is its 30 seconds closer to the casino, in case walking really grinds your gears.

Although Palace, Augustus, and Octavius towers are "nicer", don't fret about the Forum tower room. As one poster said, it has been remodeld and the rooms are very nice. Bathroom is plenty large, no tub. I enjoyed the tv in the bathroom.

When I used to stay there alot, I was usually automatically upgraded to Augustus before arrival since I am diamond. I prefer that tower, but absolutely content in the Forum tower as well.

    Enjoy your trip!
