Like there's not already enough places for tourists to shop. :rolleyes2:

The existing retail shops inside Bally's lower floor always seem dead. I don't know how they stay in business now. And it's likely to get worse for them after another 270 shops open up outside the hotel entrance.

That area has been a favorite to stop and people watch for as long as we've been going to Vegas. I hate to see it go. Hopefully the traffic flow will be better than the circus in front of Carnival Court. I HATE that area of the strip and avoid it unless absolutely necessary.(I don't hat Carnival Court, just the foot traffic in front of it.) The long walkway is iconic although we never use it even when we are staying there.

I like it better than what's there. It's so much wasted space that's not kept up very well anymore. I dread the construction phase more than anything.

    +1

I am sure that it will be filled with stores that are filled with junk, and ruin a nice, quiet area of the strip.

Kind of forgot about the shops on the way to monorail. Wonder if those will all move &I that hallway towards rail will convert to additional conference space, etc. They would probably pay higher rent in the front but have 4x as much in sales!! It has been 3stored trips since I went to the monorail shops!

    Bally's changes

I just read were Bally's Las Vegas is adding a Grand Bazaar of 270 retail shops
and a state of the art light show at night. Has anyone seen anything written on this project. We stay at Bally's and I would love to see this use of the empty spaces.

It seems like the more MGM works on becoming classy, CET dives farther for the bottom.

I think we went out the front entrance a total of 2 times during our 2 recent Ballys stays (total 14 days). If we want to get over to Bills/Flamingo etc we cross Flamingo road at the light and if we are heading south we cut through Paris. I could care less what they build between the front doors and the strip sidewalk. The cross over from Bills to Ballys front sidewalk is one of the worst sections on the strip.

What they should do is a Bellagio type garden, with flowers, and is seasonal on the lower level and a moving walkway from the main entrance up to the street (Las Vegas Blvd) ala Fremont Experience.

Hi friends i am new here actually i am searching for a shop front ideas to install a beautiful shop display in front of my shop so i come here to join this community
and i think the Grand bazaar type of shop's have no need to display their shop
products in front of their shop's...

    Shop front...

Hi Arthur - what sort of shop? Suitable frontage would depend on the type of product being sold... then maybe we could all brainstorm for frontage ideas...

    Linq ???

I thought the Linq project was going to be shops, clubs and wheel.

This is just adding more shops on the strip.

There is the new Shop / Walgreens complex just down from Ballys.
