Back in the day the IP would give you one in a commemorative hurricane glass that would MESS YOU UP!

I typically get frozen ones from Dick's Last Resort at Excal, but you can get a hurricane pretty much anywhere on the strip.

Margaritaville calls theirs "5 O'Clock Somewhere." You can also get a frozen version at the slushy bar at the IP, back next to the main elevators.

You're in luck, a hurricane is pretty much a standard drink any bartender should be able to make for you.

If the cw won't bring one, just head to a bar, throw a twenty in the bartop, order, tip, and cashout - a pain I know, but it beats paying $10-12 for one.

If you don't mind frozen ones, the Nevada Gaming Commission now requires that all strip casinos have a frozen drink bar in or very close to every casino....ok maybe it just seems that way...

I didn't think hurricanes were typically a frozen drink? I avoid those slushy drinks, though, so I could be wrong (hate the brain freeze!)

Imperial Palace has Fat Tuesdays - best frozen hurricanes in Vegas - with an extra shot, Ha!! There is also locations in PH, Caesars, Stratosphere and maybe some others I'm unaware of. I only order the plastic cup but they have some larger fancier cups, don't remember seeing any glass cups, but I may have not noticed. Have fun!!

Curious if its in a large plastic cup can you bring it out of Fat Tuesdays? I am not a frequent visitor so I have no ideas about drinking laws in Vegas and if drinks have to remain within the establishment

I agree with everyone stating Fat Tuesdays has the strongest frozen drinks on the strip. That 190 octane with extra shot of 151 for dollar cant be beat.

You can take any drink you buy with you, where ever your feet may carry you. This includes outside.

Thread resurrection to share that I ordered a hurricane on the floor at Aria last week. It was NOT a hurricane and one of the worst drinks I've ever had!! I don't like the blended/frozen ones, and this wasn't, but it was a weird OJ/Pineapple/Cran drink with rum in it. So much for that idea!

Oh god...I had 2 of those (the yard size), ordered the first walked through the mall, stopped back for a second...and was dizzy by the time I arrived back at my hotel room

Whatever you do don't but frozen drinks from the place in Caesars...$54!! for a yard!! ridiculous!
