Casinos should make ressies easy such as having the locator be your player's card number. It makes sense to me.

What is it about them now that makes them not easy?

With CET I book it online in a couple seconds, give my name and ID and the desk, and I'm checked in. I can sign onto the site and see and edit my current reservations when I want. Sure, they send a confirmation # but I never actually use it.

what happens if you have reservations in multiple weekends? or multiple rooms on the same weekend? they have to have individual ID numbers for each reservation and your PC # wouldn't be unique.

but i don't really see what the reservation # has to do with anything. everywhere can just look up your reservation by your name.

Not exactly sure what you are saying here? I find making reservations are fairly easy on various websites. Sometimes, especially with MGM I put in dates and then it goes to another screen and I put in dates again. Not a big deal.

As to located, are you talking about front desk - sort of like how airlines can pull up your ressie from member number?

I do have a pet peave about checking in. At least half the time, when I put my ID and CC on the desk in front of them, they still ask my name. I know some large hotel chains that will smack their staff for doing that.

Never had an issue with this. I do miss the CET airport check-in. That was cool, man.

To me having all your reservations under one number makes it clearer.
