any liquor or supermarkets downtown

    need to know if there are any supermarkets for food and liquor stores close to downtown as will not have a car and be there for 6 days and want to have some food and liquor in room.

    You can pick up liquor at the abc store located between the GG and GN. there is also a walgreens in the neonopolis area. I think they have some foodstuffs at the walgreens there.

    also FYI, there is a costco a block behind the premium shopping outlets. You could probably take the shuttle bus to the premium outlet and walk to costco.

    There is an albertsons located on e charleston blvd but not an easy walk from downtown.

    There's a small bodega-style grocery store a mile south of Fremont on Las Vegas Blvd. called Resnicks Grocery as well.

    As above, Walgreens & ABC have always supplied my needs downtown.

    White Cross Market will have both liquor and food for you.

    walgreens is your best 1 stop place....everything you need there, no doubt.

    That Costco is a business center and not a normal costco. I do not think they have food, but they could have liquor.

    Better selection @ Walgreens, but love ABC for cool snacks... Another option would be, if you are flying in, ask the cabbie to take you to Super Liquor on the strip across from MB or 24hr liquor on Tropicana. Usually not too very busy, but you will pay $.50/minute waiting fee for the cab. Just a thought.
