Hi, Thinking about trying this restaurant for the first time, how should one dress for this place?
Would a pair of jeans and a dress shirt be fine? or do the majority dress up with ties, dress shoes etc? or is it more like come as you are kinda atmosphere?
    And how about the woman?
    Thanks in advance.

You should be fine with your recited dress. Yes, some wear ties, etc., but not a lot, in my experiences.

That's what I went with. Didn't get any dirty looks. I did notice another patron wearing shorts so I don't think they really care.

Don't go there without the 50% off ACG coupon!

They also were on Restaurant.com but I don't see them there right now. Also, I wore shorts the last time we ate there and did not feel out of place.

I know in the Café, it's no sleeveless shirts and they do enforce it. They will loan you a shirt with sleeves as a courtesy.

IMO, sleeveless shirts are different from wearing shorts, but that will probably start an argument.:peace:

    Not with me.

Unless you're a competitor in an athletic event, sitting on the beach or are a well-sculpted hottie, sleeveless shirts are just out-and-out slobbery.

I've worn golf shorts and a polo-style shirt to Flame many times. It's actually an upgrade from what a good number of the patrons will be wearing.

But nothing will ever beat the guy who took out his teeth and put 'em on a bread plate. Class is as class does!! :rolleyes2:

    Thanks everyone,
All this info really helps a lot, in knowing what to pack..and space being at a premium, i don't want to pack items that are not necessary.
    Thanks,

Pack light dana - research has shown most people travel with too much unneeded stuff.
