Visit Downtown in the evening. Nice place to hang out for a couple of hrs., just hopping in and out of the casinos. Though not as glitzy as the strip, Downtown has a more relaxed, laid back atmosphere that you might find enjoyable.

All kinds of casual, cheap eats there too. Lots of free entertainment under the canopy. You can do the zipline (although it might be tame compared to the skyjump, lol!)

Got back late Saturday night had to work yesterday and was really jet lagged after a 10 hour work shift so I'm gonna try and put something together now...

    Sunday:

Flight was un-eventful as always except after leaving Houston some crazy lady next to us didn't understand that she needed to turn her phone off or at least into flight mode... lol her phone was ringing as we were taking off and she didnt speak english nor spanish it was pretty funny...

Checked into PH with a Hollywood Hip Strip view, there check in staff is arguably the worst I have ever experienced not only in Vegas but in the Hotel industry, Kindly asked the gentleman for a room away from the elevators and he put us right next to the elevator, the noise from the squeaky elevators wasn't to bad but you could deftinely hear it when trying to sleep.

Had dinner at PF Changs which was good and explored the south end of the strip did some mild gambling no big hits nor losses basically broke even for day one.

    Monday:

Woke up around 7am local time as I hadn't adjusted to the time change went down in the casino and started to play video poker and drink coffee (My normal morning routine) Was up maybe $50 and went to wake up my girlfriend, she got ready and we headed to Bellagio for the buffet.

Buffet was excellent as always lots of different choices, only things that were so-so was the soup and the fresh sushi had way to much rice in it.

After brunch went into the Cosmo and played some video poker was down about a Hundred and hit 4 Deuces putting me almost to even, cash out and lets get out of here!!

Hung out by the PH pool in the afternoon, which was terrible the pool was cold to begin with and as soon as you got out of the pool you felt like you were roasting in an oven.

Walked down to NYNY at night, after our big brunch wasn't really that hungry so we had a couple of slices at the Pizzeria which is my favorite place for pizza on the strip then headed to the roller coaster which was fun but short.

Finally made it down to Mandalay Bay and checked out the Shark Exhibit, very cool experience but probably not worth the $18 dollar tickets lol

Did a bunch of gambling up the strip til we finally made back up the strip to PH, did ok gambling at night probably was up around $150 playing slots/VP/Craps

Part 2 coming later Hoover Dam, Mystere, Big Hit @ PH, Dinner @ Strip House
