I am confused. They had a problem about a month ago. Seems it was one night. Is this some ongoing problem or what?

She didn't get a thing for her inconvenience. Her rooms weren't comped, but she and her family (three rooms) were only there for one night, so they were in a hurry to get out the next morning. She wasn't thrilled about not getting to shower....

She is clearly a nicer person than I, who would have insisted on my rooms being comped or at least greatly reduced in price.

Because this situation has been resolved, and to avoid confusion, I'm going to close this thread.
