Has anyone ever visited Rick's Restorations? We watch it on television all the time and enjoy the program. His website says to come by and gives the hours that you can come by. Do they let you look around and get to meet the folks on the show?
Went there on my last trip. His brother was in the show room welcoming people and I chatted with him for a few minutes. They give tours of the shop and we saw Cowboy working on some items in the shop. Rick was filming in the back when we were there. There is also a gift shop. His shop pretty easy to find if you are familiar where the Downtown Outlet Mall is off of Charleston. You take a left before you go under the railroad tracks and it is pretty much right there. Turn in the drive and go towards the shop and park in the lot. You can see some of the projects from the show and even buy one of Rick's Cut off shirts. Definately worth a few minutes of your time to stop by and meet some of the people you watch on TV. Tour takes about 10 minutes.
Thanks! Great info. Appreciate the directions also. We shop at the outlets every time we go to Las Vegas. Last time we were there, we didn't have internet access to look up the address and put Rick's Restorations into our GPS. It took us to some neighborhood, no where near where you are talking about. We will have to check it out in July.
Your GPS could have been giving you the proper location during your last trip. He moved the shop to it's current location not too long ago.
