Are you staying at Bills Car Wash & Rib Shack, when you are in LV?? That's a long walk up to the Cosmo...:evillaugh LOL

Long Time Bosco!! I don't get on here that often anymore either. Life's busy I guess for all of us.

Is you buddy MyCarDick tagging along?? Nice to see an old-timer re-surface!!

    Have a great trip!!

Yep! Same crew, Ross. No car wash anymore. We now call Ballys home....because we're old.

hope all is well in your world!

Used the Cosmo 100 dollar offer on our recent trip 5/23 thru 5/30 .............. played Little Shop of Horrors Max bet of 3.20 walked out with $720 without even having to use the $100 offer. makes it easier to do Max bets with an offer like that.

You have to ask for the $100 on us, the clerks can't offer it or mention it first.

I hope they extend this through July... I would like to play at the Cosmo to see what it's like but convincing the fiance to head over there might be harder without this promotion. The chocolate martini's will probably help her though

They've been extending it month-by-month for almost a year now, its pretty safe to say it'll be running through July and at least a few months more.

    One time deal...

If you already have an Identity card, then you won't be able to take advantage of this promotion again. Here's what the website states:

    $100 ON US
    Lose $100 in a Day & It’s On Us. Now Through June 30, 2012.
Play your favorites slots in our casino, and if you lose $100 in a day, we will reimburse you with $100 in Identity Play. Just bring your card to the Identity Membership Desk after your loss to receive your $100 in Identity Play. Players can receive $100 reimbursement one time only and the slot loss must be greater than or equal to $100 on that calendar date. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Available to new Identity enrollments only. Offer only redeemable once. Visit the Identity Membership Desk for more info.

I think the "new signups only" thing is not a firm rule. I signed up for Identity last November, and when I asked in May they said I could do the $100 promotion, so long as I had never taken advantage of it before. Of course then I won quad on video poker and decided to cash out -- nothing like trying to lose money to make you win! I'll be in back in August and will try again if they'll let me.

Ditto. I did it in April and have had an Identity card since shortly after the place opened.

I also have to say that I was quite pleased with how easy they made the process: Tell them you want to do it, they’ll put you in the system, go lose your $100 and return for your freeplay. Piece of cake.

I do not play a lot of slots, so I am not sure what you are saying. Do they give you 100 dollars cash or do they put 100 dollars worth of credits back on your card?

They put $100 on your card. Then you can go to a slot machine or VP and access the freeplay with a PIN. Once you’ve played through that $100 of freeplay, whatever is left is yours to do with as you please.

I think the only real rule is that you can’t play progressive machines.

my wife and i both signed up last week and took advantage of the offer. we went to the high limit room, found a $5 machine that took 2 credits per spin. figured ten bucks a spin, ten spins, maybe one of us can hit something big......NOT. ten spins each and not a single win. we went back up, had them load the 100 on our cards and went to the $1 vp machines. after we ran through the 100, we were both exactly even. oh well, got to play with house money and spend some time in the cosmo.

How immediate is the $100 reimbursement? Does it immediately show up on your card, or do you have to wait 24 hours or something? I am flying in tomorrow, and would like info on this before I take off. Thanks!

The reimbursement is immediate. Just do this:

    1. Sign up for the rebate promotion and get issued your players card.
    2. Use your players card while playing until you hit your $100 loss.
    3. Take the card back to the players club desk and they will "reload" your $100.
    4. Use card to play your "rebated" $100 slot money.
