I can find very few reviews about the Boulevard Pool at Cosmo. The Boulevard Pool is the regular pool (i.e., not Marquee Dayclub) at Cosmo. My group typically stays at the MGM. We are mid 30s and are older than 95% of the people at Wet Republic. So we spend the day at the MGM regular pool (particularly the lazy river). Our primary focus at the MGM regular pool is chatting up ladies. We do not go to lay out, talk to each other or get hammered (we drink but we usually remain coherent). We are contemplating staying at Cosmo on our next trip (later this summer). Cosmo has 2,995 rooms. My guess (wild ass guess) is that Marquee Dayclub can hold 1,000 people. Do the rest of the Cosmo guests go to the Boulevard Pool? I assume that the Boulevard Pool gets very crowded. That's what we are looking for - very crowded pool scene. I have to believe that a number of folks on here have spent time at the Boulevard Pool. Any reviews would be very appreciated.

I have not stayed there yet so cant really comment. But i do know Cosmo has 3 pool areas. The two you mentioned and then Bamboo pool who is suppose to be more queit and for relaxation. So im guessing blvd pool area will be more busy but im also looking forward to here any inputs from someone who has acctually spent time there.

Stayed there twice. Bamboo pool is more laid back and relaxing, has a large jacuzzi pool also. Crowd when I was there was a mixture of old and young, but not overly crowded. Only went to Boulevard pool once. It was pretty crowded with a younger crowd, louder music and partying.

I've been there 3 times since May 2011. Marquee is the dayclub, Boulevard is the 2nd party pool. Its not a dayclub, but there is a bunch of people and its a great time. The 3rd pool is Bamboo pool on the back side of the hotel. This is a much more laid back pool. It is still fun, but more relaxing and more likely to find kids swimming than Boulevard pool.

    Hope that helps.

    On the right track.

Based on what I saw last summer:

Boulevard is for you. If you want crowded, party scene, chat up the babes (and probably have a healthy mix of dudes in your way), Boulevard is your spot. There are pool tables, PBR scenesters, a shallow pool to stand in, music, some chairs. Too many people for my preference, though.

Conversely, Bamboo pool is chill and nice. More open areas for sun, big rain shower heads, a nice bar, and more room to relax. I dug Bamboo pool. But I am not you.

Either way, the pool-in-the-sky thing at Cosmo is kind of cool. Have fun!

Sounds (and looks) like a very cool pool area, I may have to go visit Cosmo this trip and see what the casino/hotel area vibe is like.

I'll be at the Boulevard pol in two days for a concert. Be fun to scope out the landscape. I don't know if everyone knows, but if you get a player's card at Cosmo, it allows you entry into the Boulevard pool at any time, so even if you aren't staying at the property, flash your card and you are poolside! ONly works for the Boulvard pool.

Still here in Vegas. Although the Boulevard pool is fun, I don't know that it will be good for "chatting up the ladies." There was such a mix of older and young, with a smattering of kids thrown in. ON top of it, the pool is kinda divided up in sections, so it's kinda harder to casually walk up on a group of girls to talk to them. I'd advise to stick to the day pool party scene. I spent one night there for a concert (and got hit on by three twenty year olds, despite my wife being with me :confused2::evillaugh) and got the lay of the land. Came back the next day and hit the daytime pool scene. Love the setup. Love that you can get day beds for FREE. Love the way they set up the pool depth so you can lay in inches of water and get some sun, or bounce around in the "deep" end. THis pool is one of my new favs.

BigPimp. 36y/o also. And we still go to the dayclubs/pools. There are plenty of late 20s, early 30s women there also.
Just depends on the vibe you want I guess. If you want the party/club scene, Marquee Dayclub will be it. Take it down a notch, go to Boulevard pool.
