What time should I book my reservation to insure that we will see Vegas at dark? It's OK if it's light when we get there. Maybe a sunset would be neat? I had booked 6:30, but maybe that's too early.

We always check a weather site and book a half hour before sunset.
We like the contrast as Las Vegas lights up.
Too bad F Blue has blighted the southern view.
We've never been rushed and usually spend an hour 45 minutes to two hours for dinner.

Sorry to threadcrash, but what's the average check for the TOTW restaurant?
