Lynyrd Skynyrd Restaurant and Bar at Excalibur....

My Fiancee and I were looking forward to going to Lynyrd Skynyrd's new Restaurant and Bar, but I just read a whole bunch of reviews that were not good....has anyone checked this place out? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!

 

I too was looking for it before I tried it.

Sides are 4/10. Creative but not tasty.
BBQ flavoring was 6.5/10. Not bad.
Menu originality was lacking.

For lunch I had the BBQ brisket sandwich, overall not bad, but not great. I had really high hopes for a great BBQ joint in Vegas.

Which I could recommend an alternative for you two.

I would lower your expectations and enjoy a nice $10 lunch here without any anticipation, and you'll think it was decent value.

Go to Ellis Island instead, only a couple miles away.
