    Hey All,

I thought I'd ask here first before I "google" it.

My wife doesn't remember when or where it was located on the strip, but I remember a sandwhich shop....I think it looked like a submarine or the inside looked like it was diving under the ocean.....sandwhich shop.

I think Steven Speilburg owned or invested in it???

    We went in it...I remember....wife doesn't.

***Roughly where on the strip was it located??** About where the "flying saucer mall" is located? Down somewhere around TI??

    Help!!

We ate there in 1995. Seems like to me you are right about it being around the Fashion Show Mall. Expensive not so good food was my main memory.

The reason I ask; Our first trip to Vegas....two college kids just married....we WALKED (in the last part of July) from Imperial Palace to the Sahara during the day!!

Walked back to Imperial and I thought we stopped in there to get a coke...something COLD to drink.

Ahhhh, to be that young and full of energy!! Now we want peace and quiet...El Cortez!!!!

Remember it well, probably because I still wear (painting, mowing yard, gym) my dive tee shirt I bought many years ago at the restaurant. I agree with the other poster of it being not that good and over priced. I remember the submarine announcements by the captain while eating, especially when they DIVE, DIVE!
Pretty lame, no wonder it closed so fast.

Oh goodness, I remember that place! It was a Yellow sub sitting on the outside of the Fashion Show Mall. I don't remember the ownership though.

Aaaah, one of those memories of the old Vegas days.
