Tried several times to reach out to a host at Cosmo to no avail. Anyone got an email of a host they feel would be worthy of approaching? I'm a Platinum MLife member looking for another option. Thank you.

The fact that you have been unable to reach one should serve as a forewarning to you as to how they value their customers.

Call cosmo and ask for a casino host on duty. They always have a host at the back of the high limit room taking phone calls.

Good grief man! Read the multiple threads on here about how terrible the Cosmo hosts are! You are setting yourself up for failure! your Mlife Platinum status will get you roughly nowhere there. you will be left owing $$$. You have been warned!

My host is quick and friendly and the cosmo. She always answers me within 24 hours via email. If I leave her a VM she calls me back when she is working. She has not messed anything up. They did cancel my slot tourney but that is not her fault. She still honored my comp for 3 days even though my offer was only for 2. She always gives me my fountain view room. She also takes the time to respond to my stupid questions regarding different types of rooms they have and their comp system or restaurants. I think alot of people have had some really bad hosts. Note I would consider myself a low roller

lesson learned. Was just looking for a change of pace from Aria but these idiots offered me 1 comp night and that is it. I always get 3/4 nights in SkySuites and $150-200 in free play and limo to/from each visit. He did say they are at a much higher level of play than Mlife. Whatever dude, and he did verify my play at MGM properties (in Biloxi & Aria). Guess they don't want to have my $5000-6000 bankroll deposited to them on a routine basis. What a joke.

What idiots. Why or how do they Justify a higher level of play?! How funny. Let the casino stay empty! Again, if it weren't owned by a bank, it would already be on the chopping block. They are getting what they deserve.with their pretensious attitude.

Some places just don't like money. I have some friends like that but come on, 1 comp night? I actually blindly called the Wynn to look into staying there and after veryfing my MLife play, they said they would do 3 free nights and 2 buffets and we have never set foot in the joint.

absolutely. the level of play they require for what they can offer is a joke. so they have balconies on the rooms. other than that, they have absolutely nothing that several other hotels on the strip have and more. the problem is the bank has so much money they just don't care about the mounting losses. it doesn't affect the top brass' end of the year bonuses, so they don't worry themselves with it.
