When we first started going to Vegas we loved the Le Village buffet at Paris. We tried it on our last trip and it was passable, but hardly worth the wait and the price. For us it's gone from a "must do" to a "meh."

The bride still has a hankerin' for breakfast crepes though. I know there's a crepe place in Paris across from the buffet, but does anybody know of another breakfast buffet where she can get her crepe on?

I didn't know the Spice Market had crepes, but I heard that Flamingo did.

There's a fast food creperie/fro-yo place right outside the entrance to Mandalay Bay, in the mall between Luxor & MBay. We had breakfast there once before our trade show in MBay a couple years ago -was pretty good (I like that they had good savory options since I don't like sweet things much, and esp not in the morning)

I just re-read and realize you're looking for a buffet. Oops. I'll blame my hangover ;-) But I still enjoyed my breakfast crepe there, so if it helps someone else......

Thanks for the suggestions. We've never been to the Flamingo buffet and we keep saying that on this trip we want to do things we've never done. That's the one with windows facing the bird sanctuary, right? If so, sitting there at breakfast seems like it would be worth the price of admission alone.

Interesting you would say this: when the hotel was refurbished about 20 years ago the buffet was outstanding. Then it gradually went south, south and futher south. They had a huge selection but it was not even up to par. Now, I am hearing more like you are saying. We will be in Vegas this time next week and we might give it a try. Of course we have so much on our platter (no pun intended) I don't know if we will have the time.
