Ellis Island Ribs & Chicken Combo

I'm going to try the Ellis Island ribs & chicken combo on my next visit.

I know I'm not going to be able to finish all of it so, do they provide take out containers for the leftovers?

What's the current price for the combo? Is this available 7 days a week?

 

We had this about a year ago. If I remember correctly...
* yes, they will give you a container to take out what you don't finish.
* it was I think $9.99.
* not sure about the days, but I would think it's offered any night they're open.

I also remember liking it very much. Of course, being from Tennessee, I have had better ribs, but I thought they were very good.

 

Ms Gecko and I have partaken of the combo many times and have given up all hope of ever finishing an entire meal individually. We often use the BOGO ACG coupons, but it's a waste since we aren't about to take the leftovers with us. However, they're certainly accommodating if you want it go. A couple times we even split a meal, which is the only time we ever finished it and we still left stuffed. And yes, it's available every day after 4. Enjoy - and go hungry!

 

It's 10.99 with an Ellis island players card. Also the wait is often 1-2 hours if you get there after 4 I like to get the acg so I can use the 3 free drink coupon while I wait.

Probably because those ribs are barbecued. Don't get me wrong, if pinched for time we'll par-bake and grill-finish ribs at home, and EI does a commendable job at the same.

 

If you cant finish them, we asked for a "to-go" glass and they said just take the glasses. I specifically remind my friends when they drink out of my tall Hefe glasses that those are from Ellis Island! :evillaugh

 

Is the root beer included in the Ribs & Chicken combo meal?

 

If I recall correctly, the root beer was not included . It was a still a bargain. If we ever go back, we will definitely split an order.
