Does it seem weird

I got an Aira MLife offer in the mail yesterday that gave me "special rates" and some free play for any Aria booking between June and August. Then it says if we accumulate 1250 mlife points per day, then the nights are complimentary.

What I think is strange about that is that we stayed in Feb on a complete comp at Aria -- never had stayed there before but I was given a comp offer. Not to mention I moved to Pearl status on that trip with most of the play at their casino. Does it seem weird that I would not get another comp offer from them or is is just because the summer months are a popular time?

We loved the Aria and I want to stay there again in October so I'm hoping they send me another comp offer. I enjoy it there but can't justify paying for a hotel room when I don't have to. If another MGM property offers a comp or one of the CET properties, I'll stay there instead.

 

There seems to be no rhyme or reason to mgm offers. I got comped 3 nights with free play at Aria right after they opened. I took them up on the offers. I played about 10 minutes there. I did most of my playing at Monte Carlo. I thought oh well there goes my comps at Aria.

A few months later I get the same deal from Aria. I take them up on it again and this time I actually put in time at the tables and at the slots. Now I get only two weekday nights and a "special rate" on the weekends.

I should have stiffed them again..

 

Well I posted this then yesterday evening I received an email that said MLife offers and had all the hotels listed. As I clicked on each one it came up with whatever the deals were for each. the only comps I had were for Luxor and Excal, everything else was casino rate.

I have other comps for MGM on a separate promotion. All of these are only for the summer tho but I need fall offers!

 

"We Luv Vegas", I too, am having issues with Aria's offers. I received a mailer yesterday that gives me $300 FP and 3 ngts comped. I look on the website and all are casino rates. I call and gave them the code from the mailer and they tell me it must be a misprint....that they are going by the website only!!!

 

Maybe we did not live up to their expectations in April. LOL

 

Well that stinks! I would call back and ask to speak with someone else. 3 nights comp and $300 FP would definitely be something I would fight over!

 

You may have gotten an idiot. Or you are a victim of idiots that run their computers.

Either way, I would call back and insist on the offer. If they can not see it, offer to fax the offer to them. It happened to me once and they took care of it.

 

I agree with nostresshere, I would definitely try again.

I got another email offer this morning for 2 comp nights at MGM (renovated rooms) and it was for the rest of the year so I booked my 2 nights in Oct just so I have something confirmed in case a comp offer from Aria doesn't appear this time. I tried booking 2 more nights on this same offer for my husband's trip in September since our accounts are linked however she said that each offer can only be used once. So he'll just have to wait for his....
