Four years ago we had a giant spider roaming the streets. Still not quite sure why...but it looked quite cool: [YOUTUBE]ZxajilZcgTo[/YOUTUBE]

Is there any reason why I can't post any links to youtube without the forums screwing up the insertion code?

Make sure you are clicking the youtube button [IMG] and supply the part after watch?v=

This is done to protect the board from malicious iframes and other code.

Can you drop a regular expression into the source code for the thread display php file to remove http://www.youtube.com when a full link is posted and save confusion?

I was hoping to post them as a link rather than embedded video but the URL tag strips out http://www.youtube.com so that code could be used for the above.

Personally, I don't think that'll top The Beatles.

That is one of the coolest things i have ever seen. It would be awesome to see something like this walking down the strip. Either this or maybe the giant can hit the plunger for the next implosion.
