Sage at Aria has several Vegetarian items on the menu.

Also, all the restaurants at Wynn/Encore also offer several vegan choices.

The Wynn offers plenty of vegan options at every restaurant. Ask for the vegan menu. www.wynnlasvegas.com

The Venetian has a restaurant called Canyon Ranch Grill that offers some vegan options.

    Everywhere

Always ASK! Many restaurants all over town offer one or two vegan meals. Just ask your food server, "Do you have any vegan or vegetarian options?"
Almost all Chinese, Thai, Indian, Mediterranean, and Italian restaurants have something that is or can be made vegan. Just ask.

Thought I'd add a little to this sleeping thread.

We ate at Sensi http://www.bellagio.com/restaurants/sensi.aspx on our last trip and there were a buch of Veg friendly options.

I went for the "scallops" and it was a pretty incredible meal. The rest of the table had meat and and enjoyed it as well.

It's good to have Veg options at a nice place.

My Daughter & I went Dec 17-21, 2014 & ate at a vegan place at least once each day - here are some updates to this thread:

Pure Vida is closed & has been closed for about a year for relocation.

Holsteins in the Cosmo has a super delicious vegan burger & an "adult" vegan milkshake - both were amazing

Go Raw - off strip - It is in a strip mall - it lack proper signage so it is hard to find. You sit at tables & chairs like a mall food court surrounded by books & homeopathic items for sale. The service was non-existent - we got up & got our own water from the cooler. They have 2 menus - no not 2 different menus - 2 total menus in the place. We waited until another table was done with theirs until we could see a menu, and we had to get it ourselves as the owner was visiting with someone buying/taking homeopathic stuff. We were excited to see the artistically prepared food but it was lacking any flavor other than the actual vegetable - no spices, no herbs, no culinary understanding of how to put flavors together. My daughter - the vegan - said she would rather go to a grocery store & spend less time & money for the same result.

MGM Buffet - yes I know what you are thinking but I asked the cashier and she got the chef - Daniel Taylor. He came out & lead us through the buffet line, as it turns out the majority of their veggies are cooked with oil not butter so there was plenty for her to choose from. However, there wasn't a single pre-made dessert & the chef surprised us with a beautiful fruit place with the most delicious berries & citrus.

Ronald's Doughnuts - definitely worth the trip if you have a car. the doughnuts are really good & they also have almond & soy milk for creamer or by the cup. teh owner was very nice as well, nice family business.

Simply Pure - it's in the container park near Downtown. Really really good food. All vegan & mostly raw. The chef understands how to put food together so it is visually appealing and delicious. We go the sampler - everything was excellent & reasonably priced & the service was great.

Botero - in the Wynn. Daughter got the vegan tasting menu. 5 courses plus vegan bread & butter - $65. Each course was wonderful, the service was superior and the setting is very nice as well.

In the airport the Mexican place has a vegan wrap - it was very good.

I hope this helps anyone looking for vegan options.

Agree with Sammo re: Holstein's. Delicious. They serve the Urth Burger there, which is a vegan patty made by a local LV company based downtown. The burger place at Red Rock, and the Triple George downtown also serve it.

    More downtown possibilities:

Biergarten (Plaza): Offers a vegan field roast dog. Ask about the dog+beer specials. The last two times I've been there they had an offer where you get a free draft beer with the purchase of a dog. The last two beers they offered with this special were both pretty tasty.

Pizza Rock (near downtown grand): Offers a marinara base pizza (no cheese) that you can add toppings to. It's a neapolitan crust and very good. They also have some vegan starters, including the stir fried green beans, which are really good. Extensive beer selection here as well.

Triple George (near downtown grand): As noted above, offers the Urth Burger. Good wine selection here too.

Le Thai (on Fremont near El Cortez): Offers a few vegan dishes on the menu, and can make many other dishes vegan (ask the server to hold the fish sauce).

Nacho Daddy (4th st, just north of Fremont): Has a separate vegan menu featuring a variety of dishes made with vegan cheese. Can of course do dishes with regular cheese for vegetarians who eat dairy.

Market St. Cafe (in The Cal): Their salad bar is all you can eat and has a number of prepared salads including a really good tofu one. Great for a quick meal.

Aloha Specialties (The Cal): Can do a veg stir fry with tofu if you ask - it's not on the menu but we've ordered it a bunch of times.

Overall we find downtown to be a really easy place to eat vegan. There's constantly new spots opening up, and we continue to discover places we haven't tried yet. Next trip I want to check out the tofu scramble at Eat, and see if the Commissary at the Grand can do a vegan burrito (unclear what their beans are cooked in).

    Enjoy!

Wynn hotel has a vegan menu for all of its restaurants. I've found more and more recently, that most places are accommodating. If you have a place in mind, try emailing them in advance and tell them the dates of your visit and if they can accommodate a vegetarian.

Another off-strip option for great Mediterranean food: Amena Cafe and Bakery(on Decatur just north of Sahara) not only has the best falafel I have ever eaten, but also features plenty of vegan and vegetarian options, along with super friendly folks that work there. Only a short drive from downtown or the strip, and well worth the trip. It's a regular stop for us on every Vegas trip. Here's their website: http://www.amenacafe.com/

    I'm Vegan.

At first I thought there wouldn't be anything at the casinos on the strip. I'll list the ones that I have been to.

    Mandalay Bay Shopping Center
    Slice of Vegas
    sliceofvegas.com

Pizza has manhood vegan options. I got the buffalo bbq chicken pizza with vegan cheese.

    Also had a meatball sub.

    Wynn
    The Buffet
    http://www.wynnlasvegas.com/Dining/CasualDining/TheBuffet

Never thought I would go to a buffet with so many vegan options! What really impressed me was that the chef actually guided me through the entire buffet and said what was and could be made vegan.

The deserts are also in a separate room. Tons of vegan stuff there like cherry ice cream, cookies and cream ice cream, etc.

So remember to tell the hostensibly that guides you tp the table that you're vegan and they'll get the chef for you.

    Aria
    Lemongrass, Sage and Julian Serrano

The first two are Asian. Good options there. If you stay at the Aria, you can only eat at Sage, you can't pick up.

Julian Serrano is Spanish cuisine so you can get paella. It was good but for the size and the price ($50) it was quite expensive.

    Ronalds Donuts
    http://m.yelp.com/biz/ronalds-donuts-las-vegas

Located about a mile from the Strip, this place has a lot of vegan donuts and at a great price! I believe I got a whole box for $12?

The first two racks are vegan and the third has dairy products.

    Hope this helps!

Since Steve Wynn is a vegan, all of the Wynncore restaurants have vegan options. The Wynn Burger at Zoosacrackers is one of my favorite vegetarian snacks

The best vegan ice cream ever - whoo hoo! The Perfect Scoop on S. Fort Apache near Tropicana and the 215 has fabulous vegan selections, and plenty of them. The owner told me she uses an almond milk base, which lets the creamy flavors come thru cleanly. 5 spoons!!!

Just another vote for Wynn/Encore. Every restaurant has excellent vegetarian options, well executed and in a terrific environment.

For those who eat plant-based, dairy, and fish products and are ok with being in the same room as meat, I can't say enough good things about the weekday Gaucho lunch at Fogo de Chao, which is a marketing term for their all-you-can-eat salad bar. Who knew? The selection is more focused than some of the other buffets but the quality is terrific. There are several kinds of cheeses, salads, smoked fish, roasted vegs, etc. It is a strong price performer at around $16 per person, which isn't really that much more than what lunch costs me if I grab a salad on a regular work day. Also - they take reservations so it is so much more civilized than waiting in the long buffet lines. I used to love the Bellagio but this omnivore is now a sworn Fogo Gaucho Lunch convert.

This place was introduced to me by a friend of mine who is a celiac and must be very careful about what he eats. He found them to be very accommodating with respect to providing details of the ingredients of each item.

Caveats: beverages are not included, and there are some meat items on the salad bar, which I suppose could have been cut on the same equipment as the cheese.

For those who want meat, they can order items a la carte for an additional $7-10.
Or, carnitarians can get the full AYCE churrasco experience for about $35, which includes the salad bar.

Also, kids are half price however I think that may be on the full churrasco plan. I don't know if kids can get half price on the salad bar only. We took our kids and the adults got the Gaucho lunch (salad bar) and kids got the full plan, so the total was around $65.

The Gaucho lunch is available at the 2 Vegas locations (Flamingo east of the Strip, and Summerlin, near Red Rock hotel). I've been to both of them and was very satisfied both times. This is a chain and I think it is also offered at all of their other US locations but your mileage may vary.

I just noticed this sticky. Ive been going to Vegas for years and there is always something vegetarian at most places. Ive gone on and off the veg wagon many times, but Ive never had a hard tome finding veg friendly options in Vegas.

My wife and I ate at "Veggie House" which is at 5115 Spring Mountain Road. It is a Chinese restaurant and is superb for full vegetarians as no meat of any kind is cooked on the premises.
You can order duck in orange sauce, sticky BBQ ribs and so much more. Check out the menu it is excellent. The food was outstanding and none of it meat of any kind.
You would need a taxi and I guess the easiest way to explain where the restaurant is it is on the road that runs between the Wynn and Palazzo. Its about 2 miles from the Palazzo casino. After your meal the restaurant will order you a taxi.

If you go you will have to be a fully pledged vegetarian for the night instead of the Pescetarian you are. Have a good time.
