    I thought the $20 tip was for an upgraded room and not simply a higher floor?
    Usually they will do that simply by requesting.

    Kahunaville is great. We usually stay on the South end but my wife makes sure we plan a trip or two to TI just to have a meal there. The Fire Cracker Wrap is her favorite.
