That's right... Frank the Tank is taking a niiiice trip to Vegas with the wife.

Staying at TI, eating at Mon Ami Gabi, playing poker at the Mirage, and seeing O.

Can a brotha get a beer bong with a water glass shot of Patron in a Limo?!

Good God man, you were just there!! It's a good thing I have three Vegas trips in my countdown or I'd be cussin'. For those of us who haven't been to the desert in over a year, I say Unfair!

Hope you get to watch the implosion at Wynn ;)

Who needs to see the Wynn implosion when you can sit at a poker table and see Terry's aces with a kicker get crushed by 8-5 unsuited??

    Heh.

Hey, while you're playing "good husband", send that wife of yours to the spa. Or is it the blackjack tables??

What ever you do, never admit you have ever heard of Cheetahs, right??.........

Just in case the "What do you do dear when you come here with the guys after your Golf game is over" question or "Where do you hang out at night" question is to arise in general conversation......

Oh please, good men don't marry stupid women. If you're going to a strip club during your boys' trips to Vegas, wifey knows about it.....And, if you're a good husband, she probably doesn't care.....

    Hoya,

Well said. A lot of truth there in your observation.

Any word on Terry's return? I got the out-of-office autoreply from his work email addy.

I'm guessing this trip report might be a touch more mellow than the last one.

    Hurricane Mikey,

Maybe Terry is out scouring the darkest and farthest reaches of every Las Vegas casino in search of DuffleBag Don, in order to bring him back to the fold.

Could the "Sirens at TI" be holding him hostage? ......Probably not with wifey along....
Could HE be the one who hit a big one on the Elvis Slots and is staying till it's all gone? [IMG]
Lots of interesting possibilities, and Yes, the TR will be a little tamer I would imagine….

PS – good to hear your doin’ MM this year. As mentioned in a number of previous posts a while back, Life sometimes throws us curveballs, but every once in a while a good pitch comes over the plate and we manage to smack that sucker outta the park….. HOME RUN for HM in the LV trip department!! Good job!

No 8-5 unsuited this time, but check this beauty:

Playing at the Aladdin's new room, which is right in the center of the casino, under the area where the lounge is...I had been sitting at the No Limit $100 max buy in table for about an hour and a half without getting many hands worth playing, so I decided to feed my need for action by switching over to the $2/$4 table. After a while I get pocket Kings in the big blind....almost the entire table had stayed in, so when I raised, everyone payed again...nice pot. King comes on the flop, so I bet, everyone stays. Nice. The turn card is trash...no flush or straights showing... I bet, and get Raised by drunk-guy to my left. Huh?! The river brings a third heart, and sure enough, drunk-guy had raised me on a Flush Draw. Beautiful. Some day I am going to get smart and start playing $4/$8.

The Wife and I both came out ahead gambling wise, so combined with some good food, and other fun stuff, it was a good trip.

    T.
