    My Trip Report

    Ok Flights are Booked in April check!!!$1700 total r/t frm BDL to LAS for 5
    1 week Rental 8 passenger MiniVan (thru Bj's) via Alamo $339 out the door:ssst:
    2-4hr each way drives to Grand Canyon :vomit:(not sure what day to choose)
    FYI National Park week free gen admission to Grand Canyon

    2 Rooms each Hotel!!!
    Itinerary-
    3-nites at South Point $34 per nite x 2 rooms!!!:beer:
    2 nites (Fri/Sat)at Terrible Hotel & Casino $44 per nite Free Breakfast Buffet
    2 nites at Gold Nugget $42per nite with Free Upgrade thru Landry Club :beer:

    Are you just doing a day trip to the GC? That's one long day...

    Yes Doc a Day trip the plan is to leave around 5am get there by 9 or 10 spend the Day and watch the Sunset and then drive back(the Plan may change)

    If you can hack that drive more power to you, but I'd suggest pricing out a room in Williams AZ, just outside the park. Might make for a less stressful trip and Williams isn't such a bad little town of it's own.
