    My Trip Report

T Minus 66 days till I arrive in Vegas!

Damn, it sure is a busy weekend. Hotel prices are ridiculous. Must be all the buzz created with my impending arrival.

Congrats, Mikey! Is this a one-way trip, or just a vacation?

    T-too many,

    Hello Mikey!!

What is your arrival date? I will be there 9/27 - 9/30. Please don't tell me you arrive on 10/1 amd I'll miss my chance for a 'brush with fame'.

We'll be arriving LATE on the night of Thursday the 30th. Driving in from Amarillo Texas, so we won't arrive till pretty late.

    Hey Mikey,

I'm in Amarillo, TX... Wow, I've never seen a Hurricane come thru here!

Don't speed going thru town or the motorcycle cops that hide on I-40 will get your @ss!

If you're really hungry try the 72 oz. steak at the Big Texan - if you eat it all including potatoes & salad, you'll get it free! Otherwise, don't eat there - it's way overpriced for the tourists. If you're hungry for steak go to the Country Barn formerly at I-40 East and now at I-40 West by the mall.

I've been reading your posts for a few years now and your trip reports are very entertaining! Thanks for all the info!
    Good luck in LV! [IMG]

While excavating for a new sewer line, T2V engineers uncover an ancient thread...

Ok, nevermind... I thought his plans had changed yet AGAIN!

Mikey, you'll still make T2V MM II. I know you will. If I can rearrange my schedule (and practically my company's payroll!) to make the dates that everyone else wants... you can make it too!

I thought the majority had decided around 3/16-20th? Either is good for me - the latter dates would make for happier co-workers... the earlier dates would however enable me to arrive on my birthday!

I have to do it on the 16-20 because it's Spring Break. If we do it on the later dates, I don't know if I'll be able to go at all. Law school is sure getting in the way of my VEGAS time!
