    My Trip Report

Only one week away. We leave next Sunday at 6 a.m. We have planned everything out down to the detail. We have always gone to Vegas with not much planning. We always said we would do whatever and go wherever when we got there. We decided to plan everything this time hoping that if we stick to our plan that we will be able to see and do more. Alot of times on previous trips we were caught standing around asking ourselves, well what do you want to next. Not this time, I hope.

So here is the run down....Of course, the Super Bowl Party at The Riviera, where we are staying for the most part. Booking through Mlt vacations we recieve to free tickets to one of there Mardi Gras shows.(Crazy Girls, La Cage, Splash) We hav'nt yet decide wich one we are going to yet. We will also check out there Comedy Club. (2 for 1 coupon) Harrahs Comedy club.( 2 for 1) Go to the Elvis Museum as well as try to see the Fat Elvis at Barbary Coast.( according to there web site he is still there) Check out the Rio Masquerade in The Sky, Danny Gans, and the new Cannery Casino Hotel. We want to try out the Paris breakfast buffet. We have reservations at Charlie Palmer Steak at The Four Seasons. Too many other hotel casinos to mention including alot down town. We will be staying at The luxor(jacuzzie suite) The last night, a birthday gift for Brandy. While we are there we are taking the advice of another member and going to spend some time at the Luxor Spa. Thats about it, oh yeah, I forgot skydiving and Bunjee jumping. There is actually a lot more little details but I'll elaborate on the real trip report when we return.
We plan on taking alot of advice from many members on this board. I would like to thank everyone that has helped withg all the input. I have used this board for the past two years and could'nt imagine the trek to Vegas without all of you. Man do I sound like a winner from The Golden Globes or what? [IMG] I hope that I have also helped others as well with my 2 cents. Brandy and I really apreciate Sonya and what she has done with this site. Thanks again to everybody.....

Good Luck and have a great time, and I bet you won't deviate from your plan at all. [IMG]

I'll be anxious to hear about the sky diving, my wife wants to try it and we are planning on going to Vegas in May. I told her she has to do it before we have children, and NO I WON'T BE GOING!! ;)

I think the skydiving will seem very tame next to the Bungee Jumping. Make sure you go skydiving in the morning if it is a hot day. I think it opens at 10. They say the "tunnel" gets very warm in the afternoon because of it's design.
How long do you plan to stay? Sounds like you have a full itinerary. Have a wonderful trip and lots of luck!! [IMG]

    Punky
    We'll be there a total of 5 days. (Sun-thurs)
I've skydived before also. Last March I bungee jumped the night before I went skidiving. I'm hooked on skydiving too. Its just so damn expensive to get started into a training program here at home. I'm going to a place just north of Dallas, but still there nothing compared to jumping out over the desert. [IMG]

I agree, Skydiving is alot tamer than Bungee jumping. People that have never done both have a hard time believing that. [IMG]

Billy... I'm the opposite.. I'll Bungy jump off of anything any height with a rubber band around my ankels no questions. The thought of leaping out of a perfectly good airplane and plummeting to the ground at speeds un heard off with nothing but a microfibre extra large blanket, well.. honestly, freaks me right out.. I wish i had the guts to do it though.. does look fun... Have a awesome time doing both..
if ya wanna add a twist to your bungy jump, do a back dive.. it's a completly different kind of experience.. my personal fav... [IMG]
