Guys Trip report IP 2/05/09-2/08/09

Booked a flight out of Shreveport,LA. got a sweet deal $92.50rt on Allegient, had a window seat on the right side of the plane, we were due to land at 9pm, if you have never seen the strip at night on a plane your missing out one of the coolest things, man that was awesome. LAS was very crowded, tram line was packed felt like cattle being hurded in mooo, taxi line was long, called the IP tell them we are on the way,being a diamond member and get free upgrades, went ahead and asked about one but the only rooms they had were with one king bed, no thanks (guys trip) they did give me a roll away free, on the strip side pretty nice for free. I understand the IP is not everyones cup of tea, but as far as being dirty and smelly i didnt see it sure its old maybe i am not that hard to please, i really like it. We got to the room great view, in need of a drink and starving got down stairs we each (4 of us)threw $50 on the BJ table ordered 2 beers for me. That lasted about 15 minutes orded 2 more beers and 50 on the table lasted a little longer about 20 minutes ok thats $100, time to eat got a beer for the road then called the other guys staying at Bill's (four of them). We trecked to Ellis island had the steak special great as usual, also had a beer with dinner, so thats 6 in about 2 hours feeling good won $20 back with the $5 match play. We all decided we are going to a strip club tonight hell yeah vegas baby. One of the guys called someone and a party bus shows up, had several more drinks and shots, heading to Seamless by this time i am gone, details are fuzzy i do remember being up front thowing several $'s on stage, left at 3:30 am headed back to Bill's dont remember much do remember it was packed. Then headed back to IP started playing a Wizard of Oz .01 machine i normally dont play .01 slots but i really like this one the flying monkey bonus is cool, pulled out $300. Starting to sobber up now, wife calls at 4:30(6:30) her time, yes honey miss you to, yeah i am being good, love you to. Sat down a BJ with my winnings betting 10 ,then start betting 25 then 50,( what the hell am i doing still up) way to drunk to be betting like this lost all of the 300 went up to the room at 7am vegas time passed out. i will get to day 2 later.

 

2/06
woke up about noon with a bad hangover. We all went to the sports book at the Flamigo bet some parlays and some futures bets on football. Had a couple of cup's of coffee. started to feel better, alot better, so we started drinking again, went to the bar to play some VP played on $20 for about 2 1/2 hours drank 3 beers so the way i figure it evens out. Found the cig girl used my diamond membership got a free pack(cigs are $8.00 dollars a pack on the strip come on). We realized we hadnt ate yet it was 3:10 caught the shuttle to the Rio got there at 3:25 this is sweet,they start charging dinner prices at 3:30 we had a $5.00 coupon so we ate the dinner prime rib buffet for $12.00 apiece. We also had the best waitress always there making sure our glasses full, clearing our empty plates cause the 8 of us went back several times left her a pretty good tip and told the manager how good she was you dont find service like everywhere. went to the sports book checked the scores for our parlays not good. Went back to Harrah's played somemore BJ lost again. Damn what the hell. Everyone was drinking so about 2 hours later someone said hey i got free passes to another strip club, what the hell lets go so we all changed got on another party bus to the spearmint rhino this place was just great man girls everywhere drinks priced right, but the girls wow! They are always on you i felt they were highpressure salespeople doing part-time work. About an hour later and several drinks i was once again blitz we are all having a great time. This one group of girls gets on stage they were just great, i cant remember this brunettes name she was very sexy and seductive she gets on all fours and crawls over to me maybe cause i was holding up the dollar, she takes it folds it twice sticks it in my mouth then grabs the back of my head wraps her mouth around mine then pulls the bill out with her teeth holy crap, i just feaking gave her the rest of the bills i have on the table. She said " i coming back for you." GULP? i look over at my buddies they are all sitting there mouth open staring at me, never seen that before they said. I told the buddy sitting next to me "we got to go now." Cause she would have gotten every dime i had. We finally made it back about 3:00 am passes out again. THE RHINO ROCKS. I will finish the last 2 days later

WOW.....It's a good thing you did get out of SR you might have lost more than just your money.

 

SR is great well from what I remember. Got invited to Join Marion Barber and his brother there on our last trip. Well the girls I was with got invited truthfully but I wasn't gonna let them have all the fun ha ha. Spent my winnings for the day there but it was well worth it.

 

Sorry to take so long finishing this got back in the superdad mode. 3 teenage sons, takes a lot of time, money and patience.

after getting up around noon with a dozy of a hangover. Man that shower never felt so good, looked at my bank roll all i had left was $200 with two days left crap. So what do you do you try to get some back, called my buds, they are at O'sheas, i go down to play some BJ, walked by a game never saw before it was called Mississippi Stud pretty cool game odds not bad, pair of 6's-10's push anything better you get odds so what the heck threw a hundred down, first hand pair of Q's in the hole the dealer turns over three more cards after each card you have the choice of 1x-3x your ante so with $5 on my first bet i put $15 on the other 3 spots knowing i couldnt lose and hoping for another Q but no. So i won $50 played a couple more hands lost, walked away with 130, finally sat at the BJ table up and down for an hour down to the hundred i started with got up. Ready to eat we went back to ellis island had another great steak at a great price and had another beer. We all decided too go to the sportsbook at the Flamingo and catch some games lost another 40 on horseracing just cant get on a roll decided no gambling for a few hours, me and tim the one i told "we got to go now" decided to head to the diamond lounge in Harrah's, i get one guest in with me. So we sat watching sports and drinking for free, i lost track of time pretty loaded again, i think we stayed there 3 hours till about 7:30. Walking though Harrahs to meet up with the others, my phone goes off its my 18 year old son, "hey guy whats up." He says "Dad, this officer wants to talk to you." "What". The officer says "Mr.T i have your son and a friend here and they where sitting in your sons car in a parking lot i drove by once then came back by 10 minutes later, saw them still there so i stopped and asked them what they where doing they told me waiting for some directions from someone. i looked in the back of the blazer and saw a case of beer they told me it was yours is that truth Mr.T." So now i am sober, i cant lie to the man cause if caught i could have made it worse. "No sir, i have no idea about the this," the officer say i thought they were lying. I said "officer bob(that was his name) i am out of town and my wife is at work she should be getting off right now. I they have been drinking i understand you need to take them in, but if they arent and you take the beer, i assure you this will be taken care of
by his mom and I." He told me the beer was still cold he tested them and they passed, "whew." He said,"i will take the beer and give them a ticket for minor in possession." "Thank you, Officer Bob," he said "Would you like to talk to your son again." "Yes, sir i would thank you." I laid into him pretty good. I hung up the phone, Tim says "what was all that," i told him, "oh sh** what a buzz kill." started walking out of harrahs again, phone rings its my wife, "hey, babe you having fun," i said "honey, i have some bad news," after i told her the story, she wanted to know where he was i said he had better be. She called me later, he had her so BS'ed, boys can do that to there moms, they will believe them to. i said "ok, love you to babek,sleep well," Its about 12:30 texas time. So we catch up with everyone else, start drinking again they decided they want to go to an all nude club, alright lets go so we end up at Sheri's Caberat, i told them they don't serve beer there but they wouldnt listen so we sit around for 2 1/2 hours no drinks and the girls . Had no fun at all. went back to Bill's drank and played BJ till 4:00 am. Lost again but still had $100 and the plane leaves at 2:30 pm Sunday.
2/08 Got up at 10:00 packed then off to the airport by noon, man this airport is busy. Slept all the way back, even slept though the bad weather. you gotta love vegas as soon as you get home, your wanting to go back. Sure i took a beating gambling, but look at the fun you have losing. Will be heading back in June with wife and another couple, you know i have a great time with the guys, but the wife likes to let loose in vegas to and i like it when she does.

 

Great trip report. Lots of gambling, drinking, and naked women. Only way it would have been better is if you had won more. Plus you get to go back soon
