    My Trip Report

We left Jfk@9am flight that was delayed 2 houres.(Some way to get started) There were 4 of us staying at Ballys. The flight on Jet Blue was great & comfortable & we took a cab to the hotel. We checked in & had rooms at the North tower (Comps) The rooms were spacious clean & comfortable. The Casino wasnt so comfortable. Aside from winning $320 on a 7s machine Noone hit anything at all. We played at Paris,& Caesars & Nada!. The 1st night we ate at the burger place in the Paris between Ballys & Paris.& all thought it stunk. The Next night ate at The steakhouse at Circus Circus & I was really impressed. The steaks were great & the meals include all side dishes. (No $9.baked potatoes) The drinks were also major league. I dont care for the Hotel at all but I would certainly go back to the steakhouse. The following night we ate at an Italian place in the Paris (again between Ballys & Paris) & the food was delicious. The last morning ordered room service breakfast & the corned beef hash & eggs + the steak & eggs were wonderful & at a fair price . Plane ride home on the redeye again was fine ( both slept 4 hours) I am already looking forward to my 9th trip ASAP> Fun to all!!!!!!!!!

What was it that you didn't llike about the burger place between Ballys and Paris? I've heard some good things about the steakhouse at Circus Circus but I just can't bring myself to go to that casino.

    Circus Circus

GMONEY The burgers were quite dry . All 4 of us agreed. I wouldnt go to the Casino @ Circus Circus either. But I would certainly go back to the steakhouse.

Wow, that is the 1st negative I've heard about the Burger Braisserie. We have eaten there 3 times in our last 2 trips & all food was great. Son-in-law got a big burger in August & thought it was terriffic. We tried a chef's salad & it was soo good - just wish we could get one like it at home. They are just too big for 1 person. The potato skins were some of the best we've ever had too. Sorry you had a bad experience....

LOL about Circus Circus! Our group stopped in CC on our last trip, first time for all of us. I lasted about 5 minutes and that was all I could take. Told my group I was leaving, jumped on the deuce, and met up with them later. How that casino hasn't been accidentally demolished is beyond me.

Glad you had a good time. Sorry about the tightness of the casinos, but I'm glad you won that $320! Hope your next trip comes soon!
