Been to Vegas once before with family, and am looking to get down there again this spring for a bachelor weekend. Looking at Downtown and would be interested in any recommendations you can share!
Welcome to the boards. Always like seeing more Canadians here! As far as recommendations we would need to know more about you hope to get from the trip. Since it is a bachelor trip I assume its more of a party type trip? - What "recommendations" are you looking for? Hotels, Restaurants, Shows, excursions, bars, night clubs, strip clubs, etc (for most of these we would need a "rough" budget because meals can be anywhere from $10 - $300+, hotels, show and excursions also can range wildly from affordable to needing to win a jackpot first . Bars, night clubs and strip clubs are going to be roughly all just crazy expensive and fun but would probably be helpful to know what age environment you are looking for. -Are you looking for budget type options or more fancy /Glitz/Glamour? -Are you a dedicated gambler (minimum 4 hours a day) or just a casual gambler? -Are you looking to make Vegas more of a regular trip or is this a more like a one off trip with no plans to return for at least 12 months? i.e. are you looking for future comps/freebees But let me give you an example of why more info is needed. I might recommend the Hot Dogs at Casino Royal because they are budget friendly at $2.49 for a footlong and I like Hot Dogs.. But if you do not like hot dogs or are looking to have meals a Steak House then my recommendation is not very helpful to you.
Thanks! Let’s see if I can narrow the recommendations field down a bit. We’re probably more on the budget end, but know that Vegas costs money and will have some bankroll to spend. Say cheap breakfasts and lunches, but good dinners. Not looking for glitz/luxury. We’re modest gamblers; maybe half the group could do 2-4 hours a day? We’re around 30 on the average age. Don’t think there’s much interest in night clubs, but strip clubs maybe just to say we did it. Hotel, bar, and restaurant reccs are probably priority 1. The Plaza seems to have a good buzz right now?
