Decompressing and Celebrating Thanksgiving with Hopefully Lots of Winning!

Yes you can hit multiple Royals Gaggles as Flowers has also proven. I also had a “doubter” to my Spring 2021 report so I didn’t even post a report for the #13 & #14 that I got in August, nor #15 & #16 that I got during my Oct/Nov trip.

I had invites to that as well. Looked like a good time but offers and mailers are like attractive dance partners and ya can't dance with all of them.

 

Now I know why I couldn't win anything last week - Flowers was winning it all.

 

Good late morning Las Vegas and VMB. Wow, I have really slipped with my report but I knew once my guests arrived that it would be a whirlwind and it was though not a winning one on the gambling front. My BFF, GD and I though had another wonderful, truly wonderful, weekend and I am very grateful for that.

This trip was really jam packed but I will try and pick up from where I left off reporting on my first of two Encore spa experiences of the trip. They were both fantastic.

Some quick pics though of my Tableau breakfast, which I am enjoying before packing up (after buying yet another duffel to hold my toiletries and other stuff ) and departing for NYC on a red eye this evening. My friends have arrived back in Dallas and this time tomorrow I will be back in my NYC apartment and to reality.

 

As you can tell from post in the first half of my trip I won a LOT but the middle of my trip was brutal though my own fault of course. I should have stuck with VP. Even if I lost it would have been a slow bleed but instead it was a constant hemorrhage (sp?) over 2+ days on slots that ate most of my winnings except, thank goodness, what I deposited early last week and have not touched. While hosts appreciate as much play as possible by Wednesday I had earned almost 90k points so while I was going to play more I decided I was going to do more low rolling for me until my guests arrived and as a practical matter I knew I wouldn't have a lot of time to play once they arrived, which is one of the reasons I played like a bandit lol before they arrived Thanskgiving evening.

Below are some hits I got playing nickels and dimes, including a dime royal x 3!

Just realized I mixed up my Wednesday and Friday play post my spa experiences. I got this royal, on dimes, after my glorious facial on Friday though had some decent hits Wednesdah post spa through Thursday as well, though some hands were incredibly frustrating. I think I included some below.

 

I witnessed a super crazy good hit. Truly incredible.

I was sitting playing hot roll nickels and dimes when a couple sits down at the SUPER Hot Roll machine next to me. Love that machine but the LOWEST amount you can play is dollars and with a thirty dollar bet.

They decided to play $200 while waiting for their room on Thanksgiving Day as it was not yet ready.

They hit the spin button and then I heard a ding and knew that meant they had some kind of hand. They screamed as it was four to a royal. They held the four and then they hit draw, at which point an 8x multiplier AND a missing King of Clubs kicked in. Yep, they put in $200 to play while waiting for their room and won, on the very first hand, $32,000!!!

A massive crowd surrounded them and they called and face timed their family and friends. I think it is kinda a rude for folks to take pics without asking permission but folks were doing that. After people disappeared I asked if I could take a pic and they said yes and thanked me for my genuine cheers. Here it is! Truly incredible. I had a similar experience with 2s playing TDB and won 18k on that machine last year. It is either a fantastic experience or a horrific one. There doesn't seem to be much of an in between. Lol.

 

I was going to say the same thing I guess I need to start playing 10 play quarters, maybe then I can hit my first royal!

I had GREAT runs but 10 play quarters can also be BRUTAL. I really lucked out and then was an idiot putting a lot back on slots. ARGH.

I've been slammed with work since returning but I will finish my trip report. Not many more hits, even on dimes, to report, but I had a great rest of the trip, including more spa treatments , fabulous meals with my BFF and GD, including dinner and dancing at Delilah, Absinthe and the "This is Christmas" show at the Palazzo. If you like Christmas shows, please GOOOOOOOOOO to this SHOW!!!!!

Dang I've been struggling to keep up lately. But bummer that you weren't the one stabbing at Super Hot Roll! 30 bucks a pull is certainly steep. I'm a bit surprised they don't have a lower limit version of it.

Just caught up with your trip report. Fantastic as always.

I was at the Wynn some of the time you were there We were there from Nov. 21 until check out Nov. 24. Wish I would have run into you. Did it seem to you that there were tons of kids there? We came across so many kids and strollers and infants it was ridiculous. But we had a good time.

 

Ummmm, 2 weeks from this Sunday, LOL And for a full two weeks, until Sunday, January 9th.

My goals is to complete 3 trip reports (from July, September and November ) before I depart for Vegas on December 26th!

 

Thank you and yes, come to think of it there did seem to be more kids than usual, maybe because that week a lot of folks were taking family vacations for Thanksgiving week in Las Vegas.

I'll be several days into my own trip by the time you arrive for your next one. Maybe I'll finally make it into a @Flowers trip report?

 

Yes, which is why I wanted to finish it. My long trips tend to have a crescendo and this trip, which was great from the start, was no exception. I also had some learnings I wanted to pass on re: Allegiant Stadium in terms on getting to and from.
