When we stayed at Wynn a few weeks ago, we didn’t pay resort fees, but were charged for wi/fi the first day (I always check charges daily). I called downstairs and was told unless my host coded free wifi, there would be a daily charge for it and I could ask host to remove later. I told her I didn’t plan to use it again since the fee was too high and I was unaware the host hadn’t included it. She removed the 1st day charge but said I’d be charged if I used it again. Never used it again and forgot to ask my host about it for future reference. IMO, Wifi should be included in resort fee.

@Flowers - we also LOVE Tableau, it’s just a great overall experience although so crowded. I do the Tableau breakfast because I love eggs and they get them perfect over medium every time. Husband rotates between the ricotta pancakes and french toast PLUS we split our favorite berries and granola - Tableau fruit is the best..our excuse for being breakfast piggies...

Really enjoy following all of your experiences!

Good morning Las Vegas and Happy Thanksgiving VMB!

This is how I started my morning on a Thanksgiving Day for which I have much to be thankful.

There's a back story to this that @Christina6001 shared a bit already but I will add more fun details to her unpleasant experience.

First though I am about to enjoy this special dish, Turkey Eggs Benedict at Tableau.

So, picking back from yesterday afternoon, after being up 1k on dimes VP (which I have since given back but at least yesterday wasn't a brutal day!), I headed to the Encore Spa, which is my favorite say spa, not only in Las Vegas, but in the country and I have access to great spas living in NYC.

I headed over to Encore and when I exited the elevator to the spa floor, I was greeted by physical beauty but also this wonderful scent, which in my normal rush TO the spa I never noticed before.

Well, it turns out it is a special spa fragrance called Signature, that Wynncore uses not only in the Wynn and Encore spas but there are also hidden misters emitting the fragrance in the elevator banks on the spa floor. Indeed, smelling that fragrance immediately calmed me and made me that much prepared for yet another 2 1/2 hour treatment from Nicole Z that I expected and in fact received. Thank you Nicole!

For those of you who haven't yet visited the Encore spa but are curious about what the spa looks like, here are some pics below, starting with the elevator bank area. So yeah, you can imagine how beautiful the spa itself is though no phones or pics allowed (which I appreciate) in the spa, except for the room where a TV is located.

After the elevator bank area is the salon to the right. The Encore Salon is still closed during some midweek days though the Wynn Salon is open seven days a week.

Geez, I am way behind in posting. It's been a full 24 hours since my GD and BFF arrived and at the moment we are in a Lyft en route to the Ethel M Chocolate Factory to tour the cactus garden decorated in holiday lights! We are stuffed having just finished dining at Wing Lei (which I learned this evening means "Forever Prosperous") and I forgot I ordered the Family Pack of hot chocolate and other goodies while touring the garden, but we will soldier on and force ourselves to enjoy hot chocolate and marshmallows this evening. :)

I was going to make a reservation for the cactus garden for my trip in 2 weeks. My sister shut that down, wahhh wahhh, it’s probably going to be cold. I should have just made the reservation and left her at Paris. I’ll be lucky to get her across the street to the ice rink at Cosmo for fun drinks and s’mores. Why oh why do I travel with her once a year, oh yeah, it’s because I’m nice. :D

Really enjoying these Royals. I had a doubter on my TR last month that inferred that I couldn't have possibly hit 4 Royals in Vegas in three days and a Royal 5 days before my trip at my local. You are proof that it can be done and we look forward to seeing you show us it can be done MANY more times.

Royals are hard to get. They are even harder to get on a multiplier on Ult X. I have only ever hit a royal on Ult X on dimes. 28000 dimes was still a nice hit.

    Keep er going.

Sigh.....I kept receiving email reminders for the 75th anniversary celebration at Flamingo. Unfortunately timing was not allowing me to go. Those stuffed flamingos are adorable & I am regretting not going!!!
