It's going to be Dalton, which, I agree with you - that makes me like the Bears a little more

@Michael Smith Just an FYI on the book.
    Amazon is sold out.
The local Barnes and Noble claims there is a copy of the book there.
I'm waiting for a conformation from the store on Friday that it's there and I may pick up.
Give a hint to individuals about this since you were hoping to get this as a gift.

Thx Archie. Will do. I have so many books piled up on my desk right now, I’m not in a hurry, but it sounds like a great book.

When McCarthy stops pretending Zeke deserves as many touches as Pollard, then I'll give him some credit. Attempting the 59 yd FG down 11 on 4th and 7 instead of going for it was also totally brain dead.

If you faded me last week congratulations, you made money!
    32-22-1 YTD

    Tennessee +6.5
Yes, Bill has had longer to prep for game.
But if you look at Titans last game, sure Ryan threw 4 int's and they lost.
But take a look at some stats.
Houston punted 7 times vs Titans 2.
And Titans had a lot more yardage than Houston.
Yardage might have been garbage time.
But for me, this was a game that Tennessee looked ahead to NE.
NE had the same issue vs. New Orleans.
    All NE money.
    Oops.
Look ahead to TB the next week.
And the last 5 times Tennessee has been an underdog, they have covered.
Henry has been out 3 games.
It sucks for Titans fans, but to me that's enough time to try to figure something out without Henry.
Not a Titans win, just a cover.

    Atlanta -2.5
Oh, boy was I not happy when I saw this line.
    Why?
Earlier in day, Circa had their lines.
    Game was a pick.
    Marge Simpson groan!
Atlanta was smoked by NE on TNF .
    And Dallas the week before.
They only have a whopping two ATS wins.
    Jacksonville at home, one.
And they were smoked by San Francisco.
Reaching for picks with 3 games in the books tends to occur.
I call this pick a reach.
    If I win great.
If I do not, at least you were warned.

    Pittsburgh +4
Did you see the Michelle my belle Tafoya opening to SNF?
She informed the viewers that it was little Benjamin 's birthday.
And son was taken to Disney Land for his birthday.
The family celebrated his 9th birthday there.
Hope for his sake they played Track 1 of the 2nd Beatles White album.
    That's Birthday.
Only time that you could stomach Yoko's voice.
    One job.
Patti Harrison and Yoko sang the words Birthday in the background.
    No Grammy for Yoko?
    Robbed!
And hear are the reasons for liking Pittsburgh:
This may be Big Ben's last visit to Cincinnati.
And boy does he like playing Cincinnati and and at Paul Brown Stadium
    Yea I know, The Jungle.
SU, 24-9. In The Jungle, 12-4 ATS.
Wonder if Big Ben sings Welcome To The Jungle in a karaoke bar in Cincinnati?
And if his opening CHA in the song matches Axel Rose?
    Mike Tomlin on the road:
42-20-2 (68%) ATS as a dog, including 4-1 ATS this season. The Steelers won three of those games outright and almost added a fourth this past Sunday night.
    CHA!

    LA Chargers -2.5
Since this is the weekend of Let It Be streaming on Disney Plus, (anyone want to lend me their user ID and password?)
I will use the words of Sir James Paul McCartney :
From Side 2 track one of Let It Be:
    I've got a feeling, a feeling I can't hide, oh, no.
    Oh, no.
This may be another stretch of a pick.
    And a trap.
Line has been at -2.5 almost the whole week
It might be the books trying to get all Charger money, with a Denver win and cover.
Really wanted to take Tampa here.
No Brown and Evans having a back issue turned me away.
Chargers have covered their last 5 vs NFC West and Denver has not covered last 4 vs. AFC.
Last 3 meetings, home team has covered.
    We shall see.
    Maha
    Aha yatee benee futch
    Sit Down!
Oh shut up I don't have to!
(Classic Stooges skit after Moe says Maha)

    Minnesota +3
    My you like that pick!
    Minnesota 5-1 ATS road underdog.
    Cousins zero interceptions on road
SF 0-4 ATS at home as favorite
Kyle Shanahan is 10-22-1 ATS as a home favorite.
Minnesota has already made a visit to southern CA.
November 14th as a dog and won outright.
Now it's off to Northern CA where the girls are warm.
    One concern:
    Everson Griffen
Sometimes, when a team goes away from home, and one of their teammates has an issue in life, team sometimes loses focus on the road.
    Understandable.
Remember when Las Vegas WR Henry Ruggs III was relased by the team?
The team flew coast to coast, only to lose to the G-men after his release.
Hopefully, Everson can get the help he needs.

Enjoy week 12 in the NFL
    Good luck to all.
    Circa top five Saturday.
And FYI on Circa's King of the Hill:
94 entries knocked out on Turkey Day
    80 Dallas
    14 Detroit.
Rules state you need to play Thanksgiving Day games.
    And a Sunday pick.
    40 entries left.

@rooster42000 That what makes this fun.
What in your opinion will make SF cover?
    You have -2.5?

    @rooster42000 Right now, Minnesota is #6 SF#7
SF is 4-4 in NFC Conference games.
    Minnesota 4-2 in conference games.
Bigger game for 49ers is my 2 cents due to 49ers having the lower record.
Minnesota has traveled once to West Coast and covered.
Did see some not so good news for the Titans.
    AJ Green out.
And last 3 weeks, his numbers have been low.

@archie1959 Denver is coming into this game with 2 weeks of preparation time off the bye, and 2 weeks of time to get some injured players back on the field. Bradley Chubb and Patrick Surtain are both expected to return to Denver after missing some time and although neither of them are a guarantee, they should get at least one of them back, if not both. Bradley Chubb is the Broncos top pass rusher and he's been out since week 2. Surtain was playing at an elite level at the CB position before he got injured as well. Their NT Mike Purcell, is back as well after missing two games. While Denver still has a handful of players on the IR list, this bye week came at a rather good time for them.

The improving health of Denver will be big in this game, however there is another key factor for this handicap as well. One can make a lot of money in this league betting on elite coaches with extended preparation time. If you are worried about betting a struggling Broncos team, remember that Vic Fangio is one of the best defensive coaches in the league. Let's take a look at how he's prepared his team recently off a bye week and 2 weeks to prepare.
    - Two years ago: Denver led 20-0 at halftime over the Vikings as 10 point underdogs.
    - Last year: Denver led 18-3 after three quarters over the Patriots as 7 point underdogs.

We know that Fangio will have his defense ready and prepared, and they will be healthier than they have been in recent weeks coming off the bye week.

The Chargers are going from facing a fatigued and depleted Steelers defense missing TJ Watt, Minkah Fitzpatrick, and Joe Haden, to an extremely prepared Denver defense welcoming back key players. While everyone saw the Chargers score 41 on the Steelers last week, I expect them to struggle in this game.

@Joe12794 Turkey day is a challenge.
If I pick a turkey day game, then you need to pick 4 more and turn in before Thursday kickoff.
If I get to 3-2 this week, I'll be happy.
