Kudos to anyone that knows what casino parking lot this is. Even more kudos if you know what these security guards are doing?

Still not sure what those cones are for? Maybe somewhat got stabbed in the parking lot.

LOL, I was gonna guess one of the places on the Boulder Strip but I sure did not recognize it.

I know where the place is, and it's one of the few casinos in the LV area that I've never been in, and probably never will be.

Or worse?

 

Much to my chagrin, I drove all the way out there and it was CLOSED! Not a total loss though, at least I had a nice, peaceful drive through the desert.

Previous picture was added from 3-4 years ago. We winter in Las Vegas in the northwest area, mostly to get away from winter. But, when there is a snow in the mountains and the sun shines in the valley, it is real a beautiful sight. In this particular winter, we came back for a couple fo weeks in June, and there was still snow on Mt. Charleston. This picture is taken from West Alexander looking north at the mountains.
