Which properties/companies tend to comp table players generously? I've heard MGM likes table players, but don't know much beyond that.

It likely depends on how much you are wagering

Let's say about $250 average bet at blackjack.

I believe @JulianC has done some pretty good analysis on which ones are best for table players and I believe he said Wynn was. But I can't seem to find his post.

At your level, Wynn for sure. You get 5% of your theo back in the form of comp dollars. Expect an additional 35% of theo to be available as back end comp value if you are staying there.

If you do 4 hours of blackjack play at $250 average bet on a $50 or $100 min 3:2 table on the regular floor (not higher limit), expect about $35 in comp dollars and an additional $245 of comp value. If you're not staying there, that buys you two nice cocktails at the bars or a decent entree at Allegro. If you are staying there, that should cover a base-level room at Encore (which has been remarkably less expensive in recent months than the same on the Wynn side).

Of the major properties on the Strip that offer table games (and excepting RW since I have not yet "for science" played there), only Wynncore and Eldorado give you anything self-spendable back for table play. At best, for blackjack, Eldorado gives back about half the value in reward credits compared to what Wynn gives back in comp dollars. This is thanks to Eldorado making reward credit redemption 200 RC per $1 at an increasing number of outlets. Even if it were 100 RC per $1 redemption value across the board, Wynn would still come out ahead.

I think that is a little high for Blackjack Theoretical, I would assume closer to $500 Theoretical for an average bet of $250 when playing blackjack which would get you $175 in discretionary comps and $25 comp dollars.
