M & L September 2021

I’m getting behind on the trip. Lunch at Eately. Then Flyover Iceland. Awesome experience. I had to close my eyes a couple of times. Not scared
If heights but the drops scare me.

$1 hand one hand at a time. Just played for quite a while and wasn’t drinking a lot.

 

Thursday was a fun day.
Started out with lunch at Eately. Then did a ride called Flyover Iceland. Sat in motion chairs. I don’t mind heights but it had some drops where I closed my eyes.
Went downtown to first time at Pizza Rock. Highly recommend.

 

Saw a guy passed out in front of pizza rock using his pizza box as a pillow. A girl called 911 for him. He didn’t look homeless. It’s sad seeing that happen.

 

It really doesn't matter as long as you're playing at least $1 total bet (not $1 denom). If you're under that, no tickets for you! If you're at or above and playing at a fairly steady rate they come out about every 20 min +/- BUT if you stop for more than a minute or two, the timer resets. I have had certain machines seem to take forever for the first ticket.

 

Pool day today. No purse dump picture. Lost everything last night. Didn’t get to the room until 3;00 am. Hoping I have better luck today. Pool, Drybar and Scarpetta for dinner.

 

PS, pro tip, take your potty break right after a ticket prints out!

 

Pool is definitely busier today.

 

Started out with water and drip drop. Move on to the good drinks now.

 

Friends loved the Keith Urban concert. Their seats were on the 3rd row.

 

I guess I’m not doing too bad. I’m only on Wednesday’s money. I’m ready to gamble!

 

We’re directly above the tennis courts. It’s been quite entertaining. I can’t see unless I stand up and look down.
Day 1 - Awful tennis players but I give kudos to them for trying.
Another day - I hear balls being hit back and forth like a tennis game. Those people were players!
Right now - they’re trying hard but can’t play tennis. Neither can I so…
