I'm going to be at Luxor December 10-13 and thinking about seeing Santana at House of Blues next door at Mandalay Bay. Anyone see him last time he was there?

I've never seen him live but I'd love to, hoping he's around when I'm able to make it back. I love his music.

have not seen him @ HOB, but have seen him several times-still an excellent performer with a top notch band and if I'm in Vegas when he is also there I plan to go

I am going to his show Saturday. If they let me record I will and I'll share the link.

We saw him many years ago at the HOB. It was when MyVegas first started and tickets to the show were one of the rewards. It was a great show at the time.

Saw him there in September 2019. Great show, really impressed with his wife on the drums. No idea what it's like on the floor, but the upper level has great views. I think the sides might not be able to see all of the band members at the same time, but Santana was always visible.

I saw Santana decades ago. I like the music but the "showmanship" really could have used some work. I hope he has beefed that up.

I haven't seen Santana, but I will give you a heads up about seats for the HOB at Mandalay Bay. I saw a show there late February, 2020 and I had a seat on one of the far sides of the floor. It was like an old flimsy barstool that was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever sat on in my 40 years of going to concerts. Complete garbage. It was so bad that I went up to the balcony which was only half full. The balcony seat was great - comfortable and a perfect view. And that balcony seat would have been cheaper than what I paid for on the floor.

Would also recommend. I stood on the floor for this show about two years ago. It was rockin' as you would expect. His bassist and drummer are solid and his singers are decent. Played all his hits and he can still wield the axe, in my opinion. I loved the floor angle—maybe 10 yards away from him.

So, GA tickets are the best? Not seat reservations?

If you can stand that long, it's definitely the way to go.

The announcers on KUNV 91.5 have talked a lot about his wife on the drums. I was in town 2 weekends ago when the show debuted (again) and they said his wife was back on drums.

Wasnt a big fan of the show, fairly boring in my opinion. Granted I'm not a Santana fan to begin with but I would have been happier not being there. Posted a few videos on youtube.

It’s a great show worth paying for in my view.

Saw him just last week in my hometown. Thought the show was awesome and would recommend. His wife is the drummer and she’s fabulous DBD62F89-6F02-41D4-A906-558D8384CAC0.jpeg D68C597F-D1B2-42E6-9581-106B96D26194.jpeg

Well, this concert got canceled with no explanation. At least I'm getting a refund-

Really glad I saw the show last month--GA ticket was an amazing view of a great show, and I'm not a huge Santana fan (in knowing the songs, etc, love the style of music). I had been considering getting a ticket for my Sweetie DH as a gift, since he loves Santana. Hoping for a full recovery for Carlos Santana.

AFAIK, all of the January dates are still on. Also hoping for a speedy recovery for him.
