Couldn't find Cosmo app? I feel like an idiot

I tried every possible thing I could think of to search in the Apple app store for an app for the Cosmo but nothing came up. Among other things:

I've just got a safari page open now, and login via that.

 

I thought the OP was a facetious commentary on Cosmopolitan's lack of an app

I asked VIP check in about an app and possible future digital key.... they responded that they were told it's not in the plans, it's not consistent with Cosmopolitan's marketing strategy.

 

Are you talking about rose? They link your phone number to rose when you check in. Otherwise, just use the website or their iPad for info.

 

Rose was not helpful one bit my last trip; left my room late one morning, there was a tag on the floor to text Rose when I left to have it cleaned, after exchanging two or three automated messages, "she" said they couldnt complete the request; the housekeepers were two doors down, a verbal request solved it.

But to answer the OP, sarcasm or no, there is no app.

 

Rose personally came and cleaned my room after I texted her.

I was impressed, until I stepped on a thorn during a middle-of-night bathroom visit

 

Thanks, OP here. Nope there was zero sarcasm in my post. In 2021 where there is an app for pretty much everything I was shocked that I couldn't find one for Cosmo, esp considering who their target demo is.

 

Can't disagree with that assessment...I was, too, somewhat surprised.

 

Rose is basically useless in my opinion..... am too surprised Cosmo doesn't have an app. a search of the internet shows there was apparently an app in 2014 or at least a prototype

The automated aspect of Rose is limited, and will trigger on any keyword and answer an unrelated question. But it gets redirected to a human and that can be easier or quicker than calling.

 

Oh good! I thought she just didn't like me or something. I didn't want to be rude to her, but she doesn't know all that much and appears to have a slight hearing problem. I get tired of repeating myself, but she keeps up a professional demeanor no matter what I say to her.

 

The app is called MGM Resorts. Keep refreshing if you don't see Cosmo. I'm 99.9% sure. (Leaving .1% in case the deal doesn't close.)

Not sure if this is the right place to put this. But, tomorrow myself and Mrs Labatt are staying at the Cosmo for the first time and went to download the App. But cannot find it! Can someone please help

As far as I'm aware they don't have a mobile app, per se.

You just have to login through a browser on your phone.

AD PSA: last I checked 8am-12pm daily.

tldr: the Rose AI can't parse for shit.

 

I tried to text rose earlier this week but the text wouldn't send. No clue why. Other texts were fine. So I might not get to have that joy....(I had wanted my Identity and Bonvoy # added to reservation, ended up calling)
